i feel like our generation sort of abandoned correct gramma, spelling and punctuation in the name of irony but kinda got stuck so now we have these intelligent college kids saying “bc ya know yolo” that don’t know how to stop
plz stop the school n ill give u a hug and half a bag or gummy bears
things that this week included:
-photo booths
-spy-like sneaking
-free ice cream
-being chased by cows
-tipi turning up at my door each morning
things this week did not include:
-school
-being caught
-having a plan
so it was pretty good

Today was the best surfing I think I’ve ever experienced.we went to a little beach near Chungu and the waves were 4-5ft, glassy and not to crowded. The locals out there were lovely and it just had the best vibe. I got nearly every wave I went for with long rides and my duck dives were so much deeper than usual…it was such an amazing day!
today I saw a woman riding a motor bike with a basket on her back with three quite alive and quite large pigs in it.
-don’t even bother with cars most roads aren’t even big enough, motorbikes are the way to go
-always carry a 50000 Rp. ($5) bribe for police in case one decides to pick on you
-everyone drives like they are being chased; driving on footpaths, weaving through cars etc are all accepted
-there are no rules, traffic lights or age limits.
So our adventure began with a three hour sunset. i can tell you this is one of the most surreal, unsettling, confusing and beautiful things I’ve ever experienced. Because we were flying towards the sun it stretched out over such a long time and i don’t think either my mind or body could quite understand it.

I had the greatest day scuba diving today! A beautiful wild dolphin swam to me and nestled its nose in my hand so I’d pat it and then followed me for the rest of the dive, occasionally nudging me with is nose asking for another pat. We saw a massive ray that was 3 m wide and 4 little sharks. Can’t wait to do more diving in Indonesia!

this was just on the shores on the central coast of Australia:) I’m doing a dive trip in a couple weeks to Indonesia
