Sidi Ifni is an unusual Moroccan city. It is a former Spanish colony which is seen right away. White buildings with blue windows, wide streets, very detailed.

Public transport in Morocco

Buses are quite OK and very cheap. If you are prepared to pay more, there are some better buses.

Taking a grand taxi is a must and sharing it - 8 people in a regular sized taxi!

Women in Morocco

You can see many women covered up, but not only that. Some look pretty European, especially in bigger cities. Diversity!

Legzira beach

Moroccan market - where you can buy anything you can think of in the world! From chickens to smart phones. For at least half price off than originally stated.

Some young people decide to live on their own at the beach, like this guy. He lives in this house about 3x3 meters and has everything he needs. He was playing the drums and singing when I arrived. We just shared a couple of words, he said he doesn’t feel alone. He has the best view in the world right from his sofa and a surf prepared at any time, this is what makes him happy.

Essaouira, Morocco

A beautiful moroccan fisherman town, famous by its blue boats and many many seagulls. Very inspiring and artistic! A lot of hippies came there in the old days. They even filmed a part of Game of Thrones here.

Do you know about tajine? It is this awesome Berber pot used for cooking. They put all sorts of meat, vegetables, couscous inside and then cook it for a long time. And it is delicious!

The lifestyle is different, very different. It is unbelievable how many times you can see people just sitting on stones, on walls, in cafes, just looking around, taking time for themselves. There is no hurry and that is the beauty of it!

People of Morocco

People in Morocco are nice, sometimes even too nice. You never know who really wants to help you or who is just doing it, so he can bargain for the money later on. But never the less, they are good.
