One of the worst feelings is having all the time you need to do whatever you want but instead, you’re laying in your bed doing nothing without the ability to change it because somehow life doesn’t feel real. It just passes by, leaving you behind so you don’t know what to do with your own god damn life.
forgive yourself. whether you fail a test, eat too many cookies, say the wrong thing, fail a class, or spend a whole day in bed — learn to forgive yourself. the next day will be better. the next day will be a day closer to your next success. you can do it.
Honestly I think a lot of us are in such a rush to become that perfect version of ourselves, that were overloading our mind. Attack ONE issue at a time. You’re trying to heal trauma, work on 10 differant aspects of your personality, get your dating life together, all at once. Stop yo. Focus on one thing at a time. It takes longer when your dividing your mind & time among 5 things then to primarily focus on one task.
the best part about concerts is that they’re always slightly shit. i love that i am at my very happiest after being shoved for 2 hours, with aching feet, ringing ears, and a dizzy head. it’s such a weird buzz or pure, overwhelming joy
