Question: Do you have any good resources to start with for ED stuff? I've had issues with it for years shifting between anorexia and binge/purge habits and want to start getting healthier.

oof honestly my best advice is to seek professional treatment if you can… like an outpatient or inpatient treatment programming. or even if you can get into a DBT group, you can apply some of those skills to help with recovery (DBT was part of my outpatient treatment and hooooly shit it changed my life)
recovering from an ED is really really hard, and trying to do it alone is really rough. and i know not everyone is ready for formal recovery or has access to formal recovery, so if that isn’t an option for you, in the meantime the best thing you can do is just try to be more forgiving with yourself… i know that’s easier said than done bhhfhsdh. even just trying to create a bit of separation between you and your disordered thoughts can help. that was big for me - instead of saying “i’m disgusting” i’d say “i feel disgusting” because that at least felt like less of a tautology for me? like it wasn’t an absolute fact, it was a feeling, and like all feelings it will eventually pass
