The Mighty Nein an hour later:
I just needed to see how insane some of these drinks would look
In case anyone needs it:
What the asked for drinks are supposed to be:
Fabian: Macchiato is espresso + a bit of steamed milk (really the “upside down” and “removed shot” are the odd bits)
Gorgug: This is just a mess of three different drinks that have you adding milk twice as well as both de-caffeinated coffee and espresso (which I guess could be decaff??)
Adaine: We love a kind wizard
Kristine: Cortado is meant to be half milk, half espresso. This is just an arnold palmer…
Tracker: We love a kind cleric
Sandralynn: Not as bad as Kristine’s, at least it still has the milk
i’m making one of these
One of the cardinal rules of DnD settings (more or less) is: the world is ancient. Matt has done a phenomenal job making Wildemount feel not just lived-in, but truly old. From the beginning he included things like the helmets of Julius Dominion soldiers from before the Empire on the roadside. And now he shows us a desolate empty city, once high and exalted, now buried under the earth. There are people who lived here, people who left homes and food and lives. They walk among ghosts here.
“We can do a science experiment. I will turn into a bat” IM FUCKING DEAD THAT WAS SO FUNNY!!
this IS the definitive wizard Move and I am VIBING
