Well that was a rollercoaster
skinny habits :
- always have small portions no matter what you’re eating
- fill up on water before anything else, diet soda if it helps
- walk whenever you can, wherever you can
- always fidget - you can burn 100+ cals a day just fidgeting
- always stay busy and occupy your time productively
- have a solid sleep schedule - early to sleep, early to rise
- always drink 1.5-3L of water per day
- cardio is important; try to go for runs or long hikes
- swap out junk food food like candy for fruits
I was walking through the toy aisle at Target when I found this thing and had a VIOLENT AND IMMEDIATE FLASHBACK to when JP first came out and they had a bunch of REALLY COOL T Rex toys that I would have sold one of my scrawny small-child limbs for but my mother wouldn’t get me one because they were “too violent and also ate people” :(

Fluffy, round, chewy,soft, flat, crispy etc.. because honestly I’ll take any cookie in any shape or size. And im sure most of you agree with me! Let me introduce you to GLUTENFREE and DAIRYFREE chocolate chip oatmeal cookies 🍪 they even only require 7 ingredients and can be made in a single bowl. So casually walk to the kitchen to make these!!🏃♀️
- ½ cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¾ oat flour
- ¼ coconut sugar
- ¼ cup oats
- 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. Scoop into a lined baking sheet and bake in oven at 375 for 12-15 mins 🍪😋

cabbage dumplings - 61
im so happy i didnt lose this recipe when i lost my blog. its my favorite. yes, its 61 calories for THAT ENTIRE PLATE!!!!
as requested, dumplings! these are so amazing, the cabbage absorbs so much liquid during cooking that when you bite into it its just like a shanghai soup dumpling! im amazed at how well these turned out, ive never made anything like these and they turned out so perfect. they look complicated but theyre really not!
you can use whatever filling you like, this is just what i did. the shirataki rice gives it a really nice texture.
- 6 leaves nappa cabbage - 10
- 50g minced portabella mushroom - 18
- 5g green onion - 1
- 1 tsp ginger paste - 3
- 1 tsp ponzu - 3
- squeeze of lime juice - 0
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce - 3
- ¼ package shirataki rice - 0
- 1 tsp better than bullion roast chicken flavor - 15
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce - 3
- 1 tsp better than bullion roast chicken flavor - 5 (you wont drink this so you wont absorb the full calories, so i only counted 5 cals for it)
combing portabella mushroom, green onion, ginger paste, ponzu, 1 tsp soy sauce, and lime juice. add shirataki rice to pan with 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp bullion and cook until liquids are absorbed. remove from heat, let cool, and mix with the rest of the filling.
in a medium pot boil about 3 inches of water with a tbsp of bullion. prepare a bowl of ice water and a plate lines with paper towels. seperate 6 leaves of cabbage and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. remove from pot and place into the ice water bath to stop cooking, then transfer to the plate of paper towels and pat dry.
keep your broth hot and grab a steamer basket. spoon a little more than a tablespoon of filling onto the bottom of the cabbage leaf (the white stem part) and roll up like a burrito, using the leafy green part at the top to tuck around the sides to keep the filling in.
heres what mine looked like ready to be cooked!
place in the steamer basket seam side down. place the steamer basket into your boiling broth making sure your water is below the steamer basket so your dumplings are above the water! put a lid on and let steam for 13 minutes. serve with whatever sauce you like, i used a mixture of laoganma soy sauce ponzu and red vinegar. enjoy!

You will need:
- the juice of one lemon, 11 calories 🍋
- 6 ice cubes ❄️
- 4 strawberries, 14,4 calories 🍓
- Sugar if you feel the need
How to do it:
- Blend everything together until the ice is entirely broken (shaved?idk the right word sorry).
- When finished serve it and enjoy that low cal treat, you can be creative and do it changing the fruits too~
I just loved it! I felt so happy and refreshed by eating it and this is just like 25 cal?????? My recipe is for just one serving but even if you double it the calories are so low! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did hehe

- 50 Inner thigh extension
- 50 butterfly sits(move legs up and down)
- 25 high knees
- 10 toe touches
