Beach recovery and exercise, is great for loosening up the joints and relaxing the muscles, allowing you to continue on your fitness journey.

Hey everyone, just thought I would share some more demonstrations of beach push-ups from a different angle.
Towards the end of this session, you will see how my arse is up in the air, which is exactly what you shouldn’t do.
Push-ups, should be a smooth motion the whole way through, so you feel your core muscles engaging.
As this video was taken earlier, and because I don’t incorporate many push-ups in my exercise regime, I found it extremely difficult completing 20 odd reps.This a great example for how you should slowly build your strength up to do doing higher reps/intensity, as I mention in one of my Facebook post below.
I would also like to mention, that it doesn’t matter how many kilos you can lift at home or in the gym, if you don’t do many push-ups, your still going to find them difficult, as your using “body-weight” to complete the exercise.
