Hi there! Are there any frog or toad jellycats?
Hi! Please type frog or toad into the search bar of my blog and lots of designs will come up! Alternatively, please refer to the following masterposts of frogs I made a while ago!
And here’s the one and only toad so far, Toby Toad:
hi victor! i absolutely love ducks (and your blog haha) and was wondering how many jellycat ducks have been made, and what your favourite is?
Jellycat has made countless ducks in the past. Right now, they have Daisy Runner Duck and Morgan Mallard but a bunch of new ducks (and a goose) is coming out in January! I really love the retired Nimbus Duck but a close second is the new Tumblie Duck!

Which retired Jellycats have briefly come back? Do you know how many people have bought Jellycats because of your Tumblr?
Oh, there are loads of Jellycats that suddenly come back into stock for just a little while as if they discovered more in storage… It famously happened to Jazzy Penguin which I thought I’d never get anymore, but then suddenly he was in stock (it said “only 1 or 2 left” at the time) and I got him. It is good just to keep an eye on the website! Sometimes a specific size of a design will say out of stock but then become available again and the other size will be out of stock. That is the most confusing thing to me!
And I assume, by now, a good number of people may have bought Jellycats because of this blog. I obviously don’t know exact numbers, but people often tell me that they only found out about the brand through me or that after looking through my blog they went ahead and bought one for themselves. I think it’s awesome if I can introduce people to things they will love and cherish for a long time.
This is the first Jellycat I ever saw. They're like, 15 years old and was a gift to my mum from her sister. I don't know the name but I thought you might like to meet them. :)
Oh wow! I am pretty sure that this one is called Beanie Puss Cat Nap and that they were part of the very first Jellycat launch. It came in a couple of different colors, not just this one! Thank you for showing them to me, they’re absolutely precious.
I really wish I had a fuddlewuddle snow leopard, sneps are my favorite big cat!
Oh, me too! In fact, I’ve been trying to find a Fuddlewuddle Snow Leopard for a reasonable price but no luck! I am just hoping they come out with a new, updated design in 2022, it’s been a while since the last one. I also wish they would make a big size snow leopard like Sacha Snow Tiger or Louie Lion.

is smudge fox retired? its my favorite fox design
Yes, Smudge Fox is retired now unfortunately. The only Smudges still available are Smudge Elephant, Smudge Puppy and Smudge Bear!
If you are looking for a fox with the same super soft texture as Smudge Fox, I recommend Beckett Fox! He is also very floppy much like Smudge Fox, he just looks different.
I take it back I hate working at a store that sells jellycats cause not only do I want ALL of them I keep wanting to get more bashful raccoons. I already have THREE
While I would love to work at a store that sells Jellycats, I also understand the dilemma you’re in. I think I would feel the same way. And about the raccoons, every Jellycat has a unique face so even if you have three of the same design they’re all a little different!

i was lucky enough to get the big theodore bear for my birthday like a month after he retired but im so sad they retired him.. such a classic cute little man
Theodore Bear really is a perfect classic teddy bear and I love him dearly. You were super lucky to still get your hands on one! The small Theodore is even more adorable in my opinion! The closest one to him still available now is Finley Bear, which is also a very classic-looking design.

Hello! I really enjoy your blog, it brings me a lot of joy. I have this lady, who is a pencil case, though I'm not sure who exactly she is or how old.
This must be from one of the very first collections back in 1999 or 2000! Thank you for showing me! I have never seen this before but it is adorable, oh my god. Jellycat made some pencil cases (shown below) just a few years ago which are all retired now, too.
what was the first jellycat line? curious if it took them a while to really find their style
It definitely took them a while. They seem to have been even quirkier and weirder looking back then, nowadays they are trying to go for a cutesy and soft design most of the time. When Jellycat first launched in 1999 their collection looked something liked this:
(Even if you don’t celebrate any holiday, I would love to know the Jellycats you wish to have!)
My own biggest wish is Huge Snow Dragon:
Hi, Victor! Do you happen to know how many different bashful bunnies have been made? Or if there might be a large size on more than a few? The bashful bunnies are, strangely enough, my favorite -- I love oh so many jellycats, but I always come back to the bunnies! Thank you xxx
Jellycat’s bunnies are an absolute classic. Without counting any Special Edition Bashful Bunnies, which have all long been retired, there are still about a hundred different ones. Plus the newest six varieties which are coming out in January! Two of those will be Blossom Bunnies.
The large size is currently available for the Beige, Silver, Cream, Pink and Tulip Pink Bashful Bunnies. Blue is sadly no longer available in the large size as of just a few weeks ago. Furthermore, all of the Blossom Bunnies available right now also come in a large size except Blossom Dusky Blue and Blossom Aqua Bunny.
Below are my personal favorites right now but I am very much looking forward to the new varieties as well!

hi!! i hadn't heard of jellycats until seeing your blog but they have already entranced me, especially the sweet birdlings and the variety of crabs!! wonderful content. i have seen Sol but do you think its likely there will ever be an updated/different squid design?
Sol Squid was a very popular design that just went into retirement recently. I think while we might have to wait a while for Jellycat to release a new squid design after this, I am certain there will be one. i love that my blog could introduce you to Jellycats! The birdlings are tiny masterpieces and I am hoping many more of them will be released in the next years.

thank you very much for running this blog! i found it quite a few months ago at this point. seeing all the different jellycats on my dash is a highlight of my day :]
i got parka bunny a little while ago. they’re my first and only jellycat. i somehow got my hands on them after they were retired, and they’re one of my pride and joys.
whatre your thoughts on them, and the rabbit jellycats in general?
You were very lucky to still get your hands on a Parkie Bunny! I think they are very cute! I always preferred Parkie Polar Bear but the whole idea of putting Jellycats in a coat is lovely and I am hoping they do something like that again in the future.
The rabbit and bunny Jellycats are one of the most popular if not THE most popular Jellycats ever. Most people first found out about the Bashful Bunnies before looking further into the brand. The Bashful Bunny is a Jellycat classic and is available in countless colors and sizes.
Other bunnies and rabbits I like and have myself are Nibs Bunny, Wumper Rabbit and Jasper Rabbit! Nibs Bunny is so super soft and I love his big paws.
