Hello Sophie! I have a radio show on a new online platform started by some local people around me and I'm so so excited !! I'm going to be talking about different world mythologies and how they address things like race, gender, disability, etc, and then include a little playlist for the latter part of the show. My mom is dating a man that drinks to much alcohol and his sons aren't good people, they've threatened my mom because they don't want their dad to be with her. But all of them are pretty aggressive, the man wasn't really good with her family, as long as I know. And I don't know why but when I hear him speak I feel something bad inside me. The other night my mom and him were drunk and he always say my mom that without her he will kill himself or something... I think that's really toxic. So that night I got really angry and told him he wasn't capable of loving, that he only has an obsession with my mom or he doesn't want to feel alone. I told him I don't want to see him with my mom again, and he just was laughing of what I said. I told him he is really selfish because he always say "I'm afraid of my sons" but he continue going out with my mother even when he knows what her sons have threatened her. I'm really afraid of him and his sons. My mom was feeling lonely until she started dating him, but I don't think it's a good idea to date someone only because you feel alone. I feel bad because of telling them to don't see each other, I don't like the feeling of separating them, but I'm afraid of him... I wasn't sure I really wanted to say this but... His wife died almost a year ago, but when she was alive and sick he proposed something wrong to my mom and my mom refused back then. Even though I'm nobody to judge others... I'm afraid he's not a good person... But I'm not sure if I'm doing right

angel, i’m so, so beyond sorry to hear that you and your mother are having to endure a situation that is so trialsome and hurtful. i’ve lived with a (former) family member who had alcohol issues, and it was absolutely painful to watch how the addiction turned him into such a spiteful person. to a certain extent, i feel as though i know what you’re going through, *hugs* and i don’t ever want you to feel alone. ❤️ in all honesty, i think you did the absolute right thing in expressing your feelings!! your mom doesn’t deserve to be with somebody who expresses manipulation and abuse; you sharing how you feel was the correct thing to do, even if you feel guilty. i would definitely suggest making the time to sit down with your mom and share in a deep conversation. 🤍 telling her how it hurts to bare witness to this negative relationship may help her in seeking her own independence and freedom, because perhaps she feels alone and stuck. having someone - you! - to offer support could make all the difference in the world. don’t worry, sweetheart. ☺️ you haven’t done a thing wrong, ❤️ and if she’s able to escape the toxicity of the current situation (and perhaps seek to file a restraining order against him and his sons, if it comes to that!) i’m positive that things will return to a place of positivity. i wish that so much for you, angel, and if you ever need to vent, i’m right here to listen. 😌🙏

Hi angel do you have any tips on getting better cursive handwriting? I always write in cursive but it looks so tragic...im taking notes for school and I'm ready to burn my papers because my handwriting is so bad🥲

bonjour, mon amour! ♡ oh goodness, 😅 how familiar i am with this feeling! it’s tricky to get our handwriting looking as precise as we’d like it to be, but just remember to *breathe,* take it slowly, and stay as focused as you can. 😌🤍 something that really helps me is writing the alphabet with a very flowy-ink pen, as it helps to familiarize you with the letters and their shapes! from there, i find it really helpful to write down words that i frequently use - getting used to how the letters ~feel~ to write out becomes much easier (much like the way that speaking and sounding out foreign words - to become accustomed to the way your mouth moves - helps, too 🥰) i also like to listen to relaxing, soothing music whilst writing! i feel like it helps me to be smoother, calmer, and more focused as i’m writing out each letter, and truly taking the time to focus on them; one at a time. 😌✨ i hope this helps, love! you’ve got this!! 😇🤍
