“Now is there anything I can do for you, correct me if I’m wrong but are you lost?”
The violet eyed youth looked at the woman before him. Blonde-orange tresses, bright eyes and an exuberant manner of dress. Nothing he’s seen before in the Capital. Surely the woman was a foreigner since most within the city are not used to western-style clothing. It was still stubborn to change but it will change
“I’m certain we can sort things out soon if you are.” he chirps. The onmyoji seemed friendly enough but ultimately the slyest animal happened to be the fox and if the story were to be taken in consideration he was a direct descendant of the legendary fox spirit Kuzunoha, the very spirit who gave her name to the four clans that protected the city around them.
Beatrice turned on her heel to see a young man, having been addressed. The fragment Lady Lambdadelta had given her had led her to this place, but since her guardian was more whimsical than even her, she wasn’t even sure of the place she had ended up. If she had a certain type of pride, she wouldn’t have given the young man a second glance, but Beatrice enjoyed being noticed, so she certainly wouldn’t mind this man’s help. “I’m quite lost, as you suspect. My guardian just left me here without a care in the world.”
She pushed a piece of her hair behind her ear. “I would be most grateful for your assistance. I am called Beatrice…” Now that she thought about it, she didn’t really have a surname for herself. As much as she wished to distance herself from that family, she didn’t have much of a choice for names. “… Beatrice Ushiromiya. A pleasure.”
