This is actually recent (June 2019). The link itself looks like it goes to ao3, but it’s a scam that’s been pulled many times before. It will likely redirect you somewhere else where your data will be harvested. If you do this, don’t panic, but change your tumblr password, and I would recommend you change your email password as well, as well as anything connected to it.
For those of you who are curious about the fic, apparently it’s a Eurovision fanfic with some extremely disturbing content. I have not read it myself and do not plan to.
“Breezy, contrary to their herbaceous appearance, Flower Folk are omnivorous and derive most of their protein from insects. Their stomach’s even contain powerful antibodies that can neutralize toxins inside certain caterpillars and millipedes.”
“Thank you Star-Song…”
Listen guys, Hummingbird is hungry! Meanwhile, Breezy and Taurus begin to question their infatuation with the flower man…
Meanwhile when Team Per was rumbling with monsters, the cleric came out of the blue with another group of monsters and…that’s it! ;)
My version of Wetland Way is different from the original. Long ago before I started Neksdor chapter, Facebook randomly popped up a post of a place called “Guelta d’Archei”. It’s an oasis in the middle of valley in Sahara desert in Chad. That place reminded me of Miitopia’s Wetland Way. It also had got little stream and muddy. So I mixed up 2 place together for my comic.
Anders keeps his tiny hologram PC in his shirt button. :) He can use his PC everywhere he goes. He can even uses it to attack the monster with the program he wrote with some kind of Nimbusian technology…(It’s actually Nintendo’s idea that let scientists can hack monsters. =w=)
That’s the last teammate in Neksdor. Hope you enjoy! ;)
Hey peeps that use the site Rabb.it for hanging out with people and streaming stuff! I just want you guys to know things with it changed for the worse recently, and you’re gonna need to know some stuff if you’re going to be streaming, and want to do so privately.
Firstly, on your named page, like your main one that you would use before? You can no longer stream privately on there. Period. It’s also dangerous to do public streams currently because any and everyone can take the remote at any time, without consent, meaning someone could just come in and take control and mess with the whole deal, or load into some horrible bullshit while you’re attempting to wrestle the remote away from them. Also, yeah, theres like a 100% chance a rando will come into the room, because they will promote your stream if it’s public.
What can you do about that?
You gotta make a Group.
So when you go to the main rabbit page, and click over to My Groups, you have the option to make a new group and name it whatever. There is also, I believe, not a limit on Rabbit group members, but I’m not actually sure myself. Anyways, just click on the + to make a new group.
You then give out the URL tied to said group. That URL should look like this, basically, but with different characters
From there, people can come into that room whenever, as long as they have the link, so keep that in mind. Anyone from that group can also watch things together whenever.
To actually watch things together as a group though, you have to go over to the Explore & Watch button in the group.
Then to the Web button inside that
and then you put the URL you want to go to in the search bar.
They made watching privately with your friends so much harder, but hopefully this will help you do it just a little bit smoother.
this morning NASA abandoned their mars rover Opportunity (aka Oppy) because it (she) got hit by a storm on Mars and it knocked her camera and wheels out and her last words to the team were “my battery is low and it is getting cold”. I know she’s a machine but I’m devastated. Oppy is the one who discovered water on Mars. RIP oppy ily space baby
they didn’t abandon her!! they tried eight months to reach her!!!! as their last farewell to her yesterday they played her “I’ll be seeing you” by Billie Holiday:
“I’ll find you in the morning sun
And when the night is new
I’ll be looking at the moon
But I’ll be seeing you”
They love her so much and they tried so hard!!!
Oh man, It doesn’t end there.
This isn’t the first song NASA sent Opportunity. They had a playlist:
It’s on Spotify, it’s called “Opportunity, wake up!“
This is what’s great about NASA and it’s what’s great about people. These are world-class engineers. When they sent a rover to another planet they could have easily looked at it as just another scientific tool. But people don’t do that. We can and will get emotionally attached to the most inanimate of objects. We can and will anthropomorphize anything. And frankly Opportunity’s camera mast looks like a little face with eyes and everything, so why not?
So they started calling it her.
They nicknamed her Oppy.
They told her to take a selfie not long ago.
After 15 years of Oppy flipping the double bird to her original 90 day life expectancy, when a planet-spanning dust storm finally knocked her out and she stopped responding to the engineer’s wake-up messages, they started playing music for her.
And after 8 months and almost 1000 unanswered wake-up messages, when it was finally clear that Oppy was never going to wake up, the last thing these world-class NASA engineers did for their little rover on another planet
In Super Mario Odyssey, whenever Mario does a single jump, he always raises the arm that is further away from the camera (top). This is likely due to Nintendo-internal guidelines that state that Mario is not to be depicted with his arm covering his face while jumping. Compare a selection of official artwork where Mario raises the arm that is further away from the viewer (bottom). concept art for a new oc story!! its vaguely similar to wreck-it ralph in that characters from different games can visit each other, but its more focused on speedrunning and glitches. the protagonist is a ‘’speedrunner in training’’ who is forced to learn insanely difficult glitches in order to fight back against the antagonists who are slowly figuring out glitches and tricks that will allow them to break, glitch and reprogram games as they see fit.
the protagonist (who is currently nameless) originates from a (fake) obscure puzzle/platformer game that never got a sequel. because of this, his game isn’t well-known and people don’t seem to recognize him as well as more popular video games of his universe, and this frustrates him just a little.
Is that third one a reference to the infinite stairs skip from SM64?
