Also having a glass of red wine, which contains compounds like flavonoids and antioxidants might reduce heart disease risk.
2️⃣️ Get fit - Physical inactivity is a risk factor for heart disease. Try swift walking, jogging, or biking for 30 minutes a day five days a week vigorous enough to increase your heart rate.
3️⃣️ Get Annual Check-Ups - An annual checkup is important. A man could have high blood pressure or diabetes and not know it. These are known as “Silent Killers” as they often go undetected.
4️⃣️ Hydrate - Drink Plenty of H2O - Drinking more water can make you feel more energetic and alert. Make you have healthier skin and fewer wrinkles!
5️⃣️ Sleep (At least 7-8 Hours) - Sleep helps with our immune system, increases alertness, improves metabolism, and maintain a healthier weight.
