I see this Drake is more like 91 DW, how will Flint react to dt17 Drake?
I like to think the 91 version and the reboot version are two different worlds/universes so if Flint ever did meet reboot Drake, he would be a bit more friendly with him. Definitely annoyed at how much Reboot Drake fucking eats it on the daily but over all still friends!
Of course this idea of mine implies the existence of a Reboot Flint which would probably be different in his own right
I’m actually kinda curious. Whatever happened to Prime Flint, and did Prime Cory know him?
Oh yeah prime Flint and prime cory were also best friends! But thr prime boys got into some trouble and ended up hiding in an old ice factory. They were going to hid in an old freezer when Flint realized it was still on. He had enough time to kick Cory out before the doors auto locked and trapped him in.
Eventually Flint lost his life in the freezer leaving Cory alive and left to the authorities.
Gosalyn sees Flint's tail on fire when he's thinking about Drake and is already right behind him with a marshmallow on a stick. Honker is with her, holding a plate of gluten-free graham crackers and chocolate squares. (We can assume this takes place after The Reveal that Honker knows.)
How does Flint get his powers and does he tell Drake how he got them
Essentially, he gets his powers by being a dumb ass.
And he tells Drake! After the whole “F.O.W.L.” situation Flint has his powers taken away but after wards something big happens to Darkwing and Flint decides to help him so he goes back to Morgana and drinks the potion again
Has drake ever witnesse Flint and "Drew" in a fist fight for a stupid reason
All the time!
They normally fight in Flint’s yard so Drake usually gets the whole show. He’s never really liked “Drew” to begin with plus it gives Drake a review of what Flint needs to practice on during their training
When Quiverwing Duck returns after being kidnapped into the prime universe, he makes his way straight to the penitentary to see Flint. This time he is determind to make progress woth him. Once he gets to see him he gives him a letter. Flint is very wary of it but is convinced to read it.
Quiverwing had managed to gain closure meeting the Prime Gosalyn and had hoped, with this letter he asked her to write, Flint may also find the means to be at peace again. When he reads the words straight in Gos’ handwriting he cries. He cries so hard Quiverwing was afriad he would hyperventilate. But slowly, as more and more tears fall, Quiverwing can see the red reseed from his feathers and the dark green return to its normal spot.
Has Flint ever met Nega Gosalyn before and if So, what are his thoughts/dynamic with the kid?
He only meets her after revealing he’s FireQuacker!
After DW lets him go, he leaves to the negaverse to do some “soul searching” and on a whim he visits drakes address where he meets nega gos and nega launchpad. They make him miss his friends in the prime universe and make him sad. Not that NegaGos did it on purpose, mind you, Flint just cant help but miss the Gos he knows.
Their dynamic is small, she is very nice to him and asks a lot of what Darkwing is up to in the prime universe. Flint isnt allowed to interact with her much mostly because the Friendly Four are protective of her.
I showed my friend about the Flint au and they asked if he can fart fire
Oh my god thats hilarious!!!
Unfortunately no he cannot. He can only produce fire from the outside of of his body.
Although, given the nature of how farts are flammable. In his younger years in the Negaverse, he more than likely accidently set one of his farts on fire. Being that his tail is on fire and the tail is usually above the butt.
Man would be scared to ever fart again hahahahaha!!!
So question. What makes up a Mary Sue? I only see them being all royalty and perfect or so. I take a look at Charlie Magne, she's never being accused of being a Mary sue (probably because of her anger issues) and I'm scared if MY o.c.s are Mary Sue.
A Mary Sue is a character who is perfect in every single way, who always has things go their way. No character flaws, no personal troubles, nothing.
From a character design point of view they are extremely boring and impossible. No one is perfect, mistakes and flaws are what make us alive!
But this doesnt mean a character has to have a tragic backstory to be a good character either. So long as they have something to give their personality some flair that could also be a bump in the road later in their story. Like they can be too over confident or be obsessed with the color blue or anything really!
Just like life, you got to have the downs with the ups.
Would Flint ever meet FOWL agents if he did how would they interact?
OoOooOOooOOooh!!!! I have this already planned out!!
In the story I have in my head, after Flint reveals he’s FireQuacker and DW lets him go, he disappears for a while. He eventually comes back and made up his mind to just be a civilian, to leave his villain life behind and be satisfied with his life. When he gets back to St. Canard he is met with Steelbeak who tells him F.O.W.L. wants him to join them. Flint refuses but is “persuaded” to join (ie kidnapped and given the winter solider treatment) and they use him to try and take over the world! And Flint and DW meet on a mission where Flint is now nova! Hims full blue!
I wrote this out more in a fan fiction way with my friend some time ago!
What's the closest Honker gets to actually figuring it out on his own prior to the time of the big fire rescue he ends up revealing himself to everyone in?
I want to say he doesnt, but now that Im thinking about it he probably does figure it out! He’s a smart kid and can easily put two and two together
I an actually see a whole episode of the antics Gos goes through just to keep Flint’s secret from Honker. But in the end he knows already cuz of something stupid like he saw Flint’s tail catch fire when he was talking to Drake or like Flint locked himself out of his house from his secret entrance so he had to use the front door or something.
What was Flint thinking when the various ink-brainwashed superviillains were appearing? Like One-Shot, Cat-Tankerous, Eagle Eye, and Suff-Rage.
Oh! Distractions!! He would probably take this chaos to steal more money or jewels as Darkwing is dealing with other stuff at the moment. But also he might be consumed by the ink or, like the fearsome four, powered by it and work with Darkwing to end the terror slime!
Though I dont know TOO much about the slime since its in the comics and I havent had the pleasure of reading them. Perhaps one day!
How would Flint interact with other darkwing duck ocs
That depends on who they are and what their personalizes are! I only know of two fellow ocs so if they were in the same universe then this is what he would think of them
@snoozerat ’s The Zipper- since he’s a fellow villain he wouldnt be bothered by him much but if they interacted he would be annoyed by him. Probably. He doesnt understand Zipper’s lingo. He probably got called cringe once and Flint isnt very sure what that means but he’s pretty sure its an insult.
@trishabeakens ’s Kimbra Flud- he probably wouldnt have met her face to face but knows about her. At least what Bud has told him. He is indifferent towards her. “Sounds like a personal problem, Flud.”
So Flint exists in the Darkwarrior au, what about another reality; does he get to know Quiverwing Duck too?
You mean the AU where Gosalyn CANNONLY dies?? Oh… Oh HO HO HO HOOOO!!!!!! Get ready for this!!
Goslayn reminds Flint of his childhood friend Cory, who’s death Flint blames himself for; thusly, he is very protective of her. If she died, ESPECIALLY if he played a part in it as she was being a hero with DW, he would not only have lost Gos but he would have seen it as him loosing Cory twice, both times being his fault.
He would snap.
He turns himself in and refuses to leave the solitary confinement room as he thinks everyone is safe from him there. His unstable emotions would keep him FireQuacker and the continues lonesome would make his mind worse.
Drake comes and visits him at the very least once a week, to check on his progress and to make sure he’s taking his medication. Drake cares about Flint and doesnt want to loose another loved one but he also knows his duties as a hero and is determined to be a better hero to St. Canard.
