I was gonna do a 24 hour fast but my friends convinced me to go on a bunch of rly scary roller coasters and now I feel like I’m gonna die and vomit and pass out if I don’t eat
When you’re hungry
- Clean your room (wipe the floors, wipe the dust, vacuum, clean the Windows)
- Reorganize/clean your desk, closet.
- Shave/wax your legs/armpits and tweeze your eyebrows.
- Put on a face mask
- Do a pedicure or manicure
- Fill your bathtub and just take a long bath
- Make yourself an aesthetic notebook (to motivate yourself to lose weight or something like that)
- Update your Tumblr(make a new header, change the colour…)
- Draw or paint something
- If you play an instrument, play all the songs you know 3 times
- Draw something on your body with paint or pens
- Drink 3 teas
- Drink 3 cups of hot water
- Drink 1 liter of water
- Go for a walk
- Go to the library and take a good book for reading or read there if you can do that
- Read 50 pages of some book
- Watch 5 youtube videos
- Listen to some music (I recommend some lofi music, my favourite is lophee)
- Watch some k-pop (all girls there are really skinny it will motivate you)
- Watch some vine/meme compilations
- Watch some fat acceptance cringe or something like that
- Play with some make-up

139 kcal banana pancakes 🥞
These are my weekend breakfast treat. They taste just like banana bread!
What you will need:
1 whole banana (calories will vary on size of banana)
2 large egg whites (34 cal)
¼ tsp of salt (0 cal)
¼ baking powder (0 cal)
Sweeter (I used a packet of 0 cal sweetener)
Mix egg whites in a bowl till they are a bit bubbly.
Mush banana in another bowl and add the salt and baking powder to it. (Also add the sweetener if using)
Add both bowls together and mix them!
Put some non-stick spray into a pan and add however much batter you would like for the pancake to have.
Put stove to low heat and let sit till brown on other side then flip (be careful they break easy)
Once cooked till disired put on plate and enjoy!

I’m not me. I’m not your bubbly little laughter girl who can’t stop laughing and makes friends with everyone she cartwheels into. I’m not the kid who tells her mom every sliver of her day the second she gets into the car. I used to be her. But I dug that darlings grave far to long ago. I don’t know who I am anymore, nor do I care. I just simply exist, not for me, but for those around me who don’t even seem to care. They care when I have a plan to kill myself, but the second I say “I’m ok” it’s back to ignore them. I’m starting to like being ignored. I don’t have to put on that show for them. The whole “everything is fine, how are you :)” show. I can just be “I’m fucking sick of this ugly world and that’s ok”. So mom, that’s why I am wasting my time in my room.
