Where it started…
The novelty of 18 hair swatches wore off for me about 10 minutes into my first play of Sims 4. It drove my eyes crazy when I tried to use the black (blue!) the white (gray!) or the cheese blonde swatches. I never let my sims age, so that wiped out the gray swatch. At the end of the day I had 14 hair swatches I deemed worthy of use, none of which were very exciting. All of the “little” things Maxis chose not to carry over from Sims 3, like the colour wheel, I missed greatly in the Sims 4, it stole my ability to make my sims individuals which was very disheartening, so I went from being a CAS/ play through/ builder player to just a builder and that became boring af in no time!
Why Eezo Shot?
I have spent the last 2 years downloading and trying every hair palette recolour I found on tumblr, I was looking for 3 very basic things, a true black swatch, a true white swatch and more then 14 OPTIONS! The first Eezo Shot recolour to roll over my dash was a hair dump and all of the hairs were purple *frowny face* It didn’t give me much hope that I had found what I was looking for. When I opened one of the hairs in CAS and realized there was a black swatch, a white swatch and 105 other very usable colour options, I punched the angels that started singing “Hallelujah” behind me! I needed ALL of my favourite hairs in this palette STAT! But how….*winky face*
In the video above is a glimpse of 5 of the new Eezo Shot colours, there are 22 other beautiful additions to this palette and let me tell you they are all equally as stunning as these 5! I have spent the last week updating all of my hairs with these new swatches and every time I clicked the new swatches to test in CAS I fell in love. These new additions are absolutely perfect for this palette!
Cheers, @chimaerae, thank you for this amazing palette and all the hard work you do to maintain it!
