I couldn’t find any of the suicide apps. Most of the positivity apps are there and there’s a bunch more if you search for any one of the one’s on the list
For meditation, Insight Timer is fantastic. It has a ton of free guided meditations across a range of practices. It also hosts 10 day courses, but you have to pay for them (except for the introductory course) — there are definitely a lot more free single meditations than courses though. There is more free content than I’ve seen on a lot of apps.
It also has music, binaural beats, and talks.
What’s really great is that you can use it simply as an unguided meditation timer (hence the name). You can set up a bunch of presets, choosing whether you have starting, end, and interval bells/chimes, and whether to pick a range of background sounds. Sometimes I’ll do a guided meditation and follow it up with an unguided one using the timer.
You can search by practice type (there’s a whole section just on different types of mindfulness, for example), or by benefit (grouped under the topics of ‘recovery & healing’, ‘stress & anxiety’, ‘performance’, ‘well-being’, ‘relationships’, ‘spiritual’, and ‘kids’). Or, you can search by origin (under the categories ‘traditions’, ‘sciences’, and ‘concepts’).
You can leave comments under each of the meditations, and often the instructors will reply. If you do pay for a course, the instructors will be quite communicative, and treat it like an interactive engagement. With the free single meditations it tends more to just the odd comment here and there, but it depends on the instructor.
If you’re into that sort of thing, there’s also a social aspect to the app. You can fill in a profile if you wish (or not), and can see what other people who live near you are listening to. You can add friends and join groups too. I have done neither, so I can’t comment on how well that part of the app works, but if it’s not your kind of thing it’s unobtrusive enough that you needn’t know the option exists, and certainly I don’t feel like I’m only using half the app by sticking to just searching for meditations and using the timer.
Meditations and courses have a ratings system, and you can browse the comments to see what people think of them and judge if they’re right for you. I’m yet to see a meditation without comments. You can search by popular, highest rated, most played etc. And new meditations and courses are being added all the time.
I have 10 meditation apps on my phone, and Insight Timer is the one I spend the most time with. The other is Oak, which is super stripped back and basic, but gets the job done. It has 3 meditations, 2 are guided and 1 is unguided. You can tailor each of them in length, background sounds, etc. It has 3 extra breathing exercises for those moments when you need help right now, and it has 2 tracks to aid sleep. I find its mindful meditation and loving kindness meditation really useful. It’s the same thing each time, but you can control how long it lasts. That familiarity is really useful in developing a meditation practice. Oak is completely free. It has a 4.8 rating on the app store, as does Insight Timer.

I am not one to ask help from anyone however this post is about the safety and well being of my family. I’m sure you’ve seen the news of how Hurricane Florence has caused severe devastation across the Carolinas. My home was not only affected tremendously by Hurricane Florence, it also received leak damages from Hurricane Matthew. I created a gofundme mainly to raise money for repairs on our roof and any other problems in the house. I would greatly appreciate the sharing of this post and any donations.
Here is the link to fund:
If I ask nicely will people reblog this or do I have to be clever and funny or something too?
black boys in gymnastics would be undefeated
You didn’t even need the caption fam . We were going to support you regardless.

Live-In Maid Service
Created for: The Sims 4
Ever wanted to hire a live-in maid instead of just order a single time or 9-5 one? Well, now you can with this additional maid service option.
It works almost like the butler service, only it’s a maid. Therefore you can have both a live-in maid and the Butler at the same time!
Live-in Maid Service
1. Currently, the mod has progressed to a stable phase where I created an additional maid service. So the Vanilla services are preserved. It still needs more testing and suggestions and feedback are welcome. Here are the current features.
2. Maid can be assigned a bed through “Assign bed to servants” option, I changed the assign a bed to butler choice. Now it brings up the NPC selection window and the maid should be one of the options.
3. The maid should perform autonomous actions as I deleted appropriateness restrictions for this service. I also added some idle autonomous actions like watching TV so that the maid doesn’t stand around waiting for stuff to clean.
The maid job uniform is turned off so you can use CAS through cheats or MCCC to edit the regular outfits the Maid will wear.
Anyone know what mod is causing this? That green part appears when I hover over an upload.
The culprit was the aom plain catalog swatch file. It’s a mod on Sims 4 Studio by Andrew & Orangemittens that removes the wrench from CC items. They have been notified that the mod broke with the patch.
I don’t want to go back to school.
