What an incredible experience to delve into Tolkien’s complex imagination. The Silmarillion, though sometimes, a little heavy, is full of thrilling, touching and enchanting tales, which in turn, are full of interesting, beautiful, and sometimes loathsome (in the best way) characters who one learns to love and admire or detest but appreciate (there would be no stories without them). Elegantly written, as always. One finds themselves thinking is Tolkien language by the end. It would almost be easy to accept his version of creation as true. It is definitely beautiful enough to be of divine nature.
