WHUMP (take 2 for the letter ask)
W: Until Dawn - Chrashley - I honestly see them as the cutest, most innocent pair. Kinks? What kinks? Mutual pining is my favorite thing of them, but once they finally get together, they’re just wholesome, vanilla, looking out for each other.
Payday 2 - Cloxton - Ahh, Clover and Hoxton. They’re complicated. So angry. So aggressive. Both of them. They’re just all the intense, violent kink. Love to hate and hate to love each other.
Stargate - Vala/Daniel - as in their day-to-day interactions, their kink is just an eternal, perpetual train of Vala trolling the crap out of Daniel, and Daniel long-sufferingly putting up with it, cause he knows deep down, she’s a vulnerable, damaged teddy bear that needs to be taken care of.
Until Dawn - Climbing Chrash. BDSM. Just. All of the BDSM. With blood and props galore. Amazing how thoroughly the wholesomeness of Chrashley gets corrupted by the introduction of Josh
Dragon Age - Alistair/Cousland Grey Warden - Again with the wholesome, sweet, mutually protective thing. My favorite kink with them is that even though he’s this big, strong dude, she wears the pants in the relationship. For all situations. Even if he becomes king. Especially if he becomes king.
H: Tolkien. No contest. Lord of the Rings, Silmarillion, Hobbit, I eat it up. Such a rich and beautiful source text for a rich and beautiful world.
U: Faramir - Lord of the Rings - doze daddy issues
Chris Hartley - Until Dawn - muh traumatized nerd bro
Hoxton - Payday - snarky, vicious, British. Nuff said.
Alistair Theirin - Dragon Age - teddy bear virgin wrapped in muscle
Snake - Nonary Games - big, protective brain in a broken body. I’m a sucker for it.
M: Climbing Class. I don’t ship those two by themselves. Even in my Climbing Chrash shipping, Ash is the vortex of the V, but I get why people do. I’ve noticed that most of those whose favorite is Josh are shouldering some sort of unbearably heavy burden in their personal lives. He’s someone they can really identify with, and Chris is the one guy who gets him and won’t abandon him, even at his worst. There’s something beautiful and cathartic about that.
P - The UD kids get put into a Nonary Game!
