2 blackberries- 5.6cals
cinnamon apple instant oatmeal- 150cals
perrier energize pomegranate flavor- 35cals (probs less bc my bf drank some)
total cal count: 191cals/700cals
my bf said i cut the cals way too low after eating a normal amt so i need to go slowly.
update: i ate a small popeye’s fry from my bfs food. +79cals
this is just what I can eat until I move back home.
