    I slept almost a half hour less than the other night, but my sleep score is better (by 4 points lol)

    I brought all my good for me food and I'm going to the gym after work. Then home to clean. W is hopefully bringing my bag by today and then I can do laundry 🙃

    I don't have my usual Saturday off (the sacrifice for having 3 consecutive days off I guess), so it won't be my usual day to chore. Gonna have to work around it.

    I just hope today goes by fast.

    The best part of my day was this, check out me smiling thinking I was gonna do the kick but it never happened. Maybe next time.

    That workout kicked my ass.

    06/17/2021 (Day 4):

    Finally went to the gym today! I just went for a quick workout this time around, but it was good to go back. I got to have a surprising amount of carbs in my plan today, but no complaints!

    100 days of productivity, #68

    Running and swimming in the morning when temperatures were acceptable, bootcamp in the afternoon, when it was just really really warm.

    Starting an inventory at work all by myself bc I'm masochistic like that. Also restartinng another project for like the 10th time bc we keep changing people.

    Starting with today’s recap, I’m going to add in mindfulness! Here we areeee:

    Food: good but a little light of a day. I blame my late work today and a bit of poor planning. But it was Veggie-forward and minimally processed foods ✅

    Water: Fell short at 2.5L but not my worst day ever lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Activity: 15k steps (screenshot below says “yesterday” because it’s after midnight 🤗) ✅

    Mindfulness: 20 mins of meditation (Headspace’s meditation series on Netflix is cool and insightful; you should check it out if you haven’t already!) ✅

    Sleep: my Fitbit didn’t record my sleep accurately for some reason but it was better, I’m pretty sure I was close to 7/8 hours after factoring in the few times I woke up during the night ✅

    Comic Con Count Down

    Hi everyone this is Mo! I've been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for a while now. What I think I need is a goal and structure. In next December my local Comic con is coming back and I want to cosplay. I feel like this is a good timed goal for me. Get as fit as I possibly can until comic con.

    My plan is to post everyday using the tag cccd and tell you:

    What I ate and drank with a goal of staying under 1700 calories

    My workout for the day, this can be yoga, cardio, weightlifting, etc.

    And do weekly weigh ins on Friday and progress pictures once a month.

    Help keep me accountable so that I can walk into the Expo hall like I own it!

    13/6/21

    Breakfast - serving of smoothie (avocado, blueberries, raspberries, cashews, yoghurt, raspberry tea infused coconut water), sweetened black coffee.
    Snack - 1 LCM bar, sweetened black tea.
    Dinner - serving of white rice with potato curry and mackerel curry.
    Dessert - 1.5 servings assorted biscuits, sweetened black tea.
    Water - 2L, excellent.
    Exercise - none.

    A full day of exam revision.

    14/6/21

    Breakfast - serving of smoothie (avocado, blueberries, raspberries, cashews, yoghurt, raspberry tea infused coconut water), sweetened black coffee.
    Lunch - serving of migoreng with 2 eggs and chilli garlic sauce.
    Snack - sweetened black tea, 1.5 servings assorted biscuits.
    Dinner - serving of lemon-tuna pasta with mixed bean salad and 0.5 Turkish roll with chilli oil.
    Dessert - packet of sesame snaps, sweetened black tea.
    Water - 2L, excellent.
    Exercise - none.

    Ate a lot, stressed over the next day's exam which I didn't get to fully prepare for.

    15/6/21

    Breakfast - 1 banana, 1 LCM bar, sweetened black coffee.
    Lunch - 1 ham and cheese sandwich, 1 sweet chilli tuna sandwich, serving of Red Bull.
    Snack - serving of chicken-salted biscuits, sweetened black tea.
    Dinner - 0.5 serving of white rice with chicken curry, potato curry, and devilled sausage.
    Dessert - packet of sesame snaps, sweetened black tea.
    Water - 2L, excellent
    Exercise - none.

    Had an exam, immediately started studying for the next one.

    16/6/21

    Breakfast - 1 whole avocado with granola, honey, sultanas, and 0.25 serving full cream milk, sweetened black coffee.
    Lunch - serving of lemon-tuna pasta with 4-mixed-cheese and sriracha.
    Dinner - serving of mixed steamed veggies, roast chicken, garlic chilli sauce, and 1 cheese garlic roll.
    Dessert - 1.5 servings Arnotts Nice biscuits, sweetened black tea.
    Water - 2L, excellent.
    Exercise - none.

    Mostly full day of study. Not feeling prepared for tomorrow's exam.

    17/6/21

    Breakfast - 1 LCM bar, 1 cheese and garlic roll with jalapeno dip, sweetened black coffee.
    Lunch - 1.5 servings lemon-tuna pasta with 4-mixed-cheese and sriracha.
    Snack - 1.5 servings Arnotts Nice biscuits, sweetened black tea.
    Dinner - 2 servings oven ready meatlovers pizza, 1 serving roast chicken stuffing, chilli garlic sauce.
    Snack - 1 orange.
    Water - 2L, excellent.
    Exercise - none.

    I was NOT prepared for today's exam, my god. I completely guessed at most of the questions. Even after writing notes for two days beforehand.

    We didn't even get any revision questions, and this class is a tough one. The questions were much harder than I was expecting.

    So yeah, big lunch and biscuits afterwards were stress-eating. I could practically feel my body burning calories during the exam, I was thinking so hard.

    Not expecting a productive weigh in tomorrow.

    Firefly filled tree tunnels 😍 cool ass clouds 🤩 and then desperately trying to avoid my dog’s kisses while stretching and selfie-ing 🤮

    This run was HOT HOT HOT. I soaked my super cool map bandana (pictured here in my lap, it has our boundary waters route on it!!!) in cold water and wrapped it around my neck which helped some and honestly kind of felt like a mini cape. I listened to Bailey Sarian’s Dark History podcast, and she’s always simultaneously disturbing and hilarious… so I was feelin fast and couldn’t help but laugh out loud a few times.

    4 miles in the books, feeling really good about my evening 😌
