Grilled pork tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp coarsely ground salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine oregano, mint, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Pat pork dry with a paper towel, brush with olive oil, then rub with seasoning mixture.
Grill pork, turning every few minutes, until internal temperature is 145°F, about 20 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
