Fake News/Trump/Krastev: #Trump is no totalitarian, but Arendt’s analysis can be fruitfully applied to his rhetorical style since he regularly reduces statements of fact, made by allies or adversaries, to declarations of political purpose or instruments in the service of ulterior motives.
