Imagine a Day at the beach
Kya call’s Lin into the water but Lin refuses so Kya waterbends and brings her over. As soon as Lin enters the water she starts splashing and trying to stay calm because she doesn’t know how to swim. Kya is just melting with the cuteness of how flustered Lin gets. Kya tells Lin to get in her back and she waterbend like if she was a jetski. After that they spend the rest of the day in the attempt of making Lin swim.

8i think one of my favorite things about legend of korra is that the women aren’t depicted as frail
like a lot of series will make their female characters mentally tough and strong-willed but the animators for LOK made the female characters physically strong as well
the women are flawed, rounded out characters, with conflicts other than love interests
(what makes this even better is that the men are depicted as the damsels in distress, and are made out to be the love interests *ahem mako ahem*)
in conclusion i love women with muscles

The Last Stand
Korra’s final showdown with Kurvia arrives when they once again come face to face in a duel that will decide the fate of the Earth Kingdom. Meanwhile, the teams are split with Lin and Su determined to destroy the Spirit Canon while Mako and Bolin must shut down the power source. With her defeat imminent, Kuvira unleashes the unstable Spirit weapon as a desperate final act. In an epic final stand, Korra saves them both, ending the battle with Kurvia’s surrender and a new spirit portal in the heart of Republic City. Although it appears Korra has reached the end of her journey, it may actually be the start of a whole new beginning.
