I forgot to drink water today so... if you did too go do that
i made a playlist, it’s just some calming/chill songs that you can either listen to or just have as background music - hope you like it🥰
I did okay today. Cooked 2 meals from scratch. Did not argue with a friend and instead tactfully withdrew from a conflict. Watched a lot of Sci fi and played a lot of sims. Much needed after two days back in the office this week (what even is socialising) and a 5 hour ordeal with the electrician yday. Glad to have my own time to decompress. Weird tension in uterus then some old/rusty bleeding. Not sure if end of period or what.
Be proud of yourself! You've made so much progress and you've done so many amazing things!
1: Getting better at making omelettes
2: Upgrading a powerpoint
3: Waking up after midday
Celebrating getting to use a straw for the first time in a week!
Restriction tends to the inertia of mind, whilst Creation (e.g.: entrepreneurship, investments) is simply superior than economical regurgitation (incremental inovation, automatable mindset).
life taught me anybody can switch up no matter the history or bond
No se trata de que te exhibe cómo trofeo...lo valioso es como te trata💗
Why do we seek validation from others?
Anxiety also plays a major role. We need to understand that anxiety comes from fear. This usually happens when you work in a high-pressure workplace. The fear of doing something wrong troubles you so much that you need someone to look at your work before you can find the courage to submit it. Due to this, you lose confidence in yourself.
We need to understand the difference between what is healthy and unhealthy. We can’t eliminate the desire to be appreciated by those around us but we can ensure we don’t depend on it entirely.
We need to stop comparing ourselves with others because not everyone is a great decision-maker. There is nobody who is flawless. People learn from their mistakes and that’s why you should feel free to commit some.
Be aware of your actions
Every action has a reaction. Evaluate the pros and cons of the decision you are planning to make. This will also improve your decision-making skills and you might not have to seek any validation from anyone.
Practice self-love
Believing in yourself and accepting your flaws is the best way to work on yourself. You need to work on your skills in order to improve but there’s no need to be hard on yourself if you’re taking more time than intended.
