Even if we encounter our darkest days, be it because the sun has left its highest point and winter has painted our world, or because the darkness has been creeping inside of you.. there will always be the external sun, even if you cannot see nor feel it. (The key is to believe and imagine) Your heart can find peace and rise out of despair, as the sun will always return and give live anew, even for you.
Sometimes, we have to conciously decide to be inspired by nature and the visual, sensual gifts that each and every one of us receives. So let’s open our eyes. Let’s be thankful, for the suns neverending, vitalizing warmth and inspirational power it can convey.
Falter, if you have to. Hit the ground, if it is meant to be. Experience the darkness, but always remind yourself: darkness can only be known and tamed by our concious mind if we also know and let ourselves experience the mind. (our subconscious is already influenced by both anyway)
Let the feminine, strengthening and live giving-source of our universe, let the sun guide you. Using our abilitiy to vizualise and actively let ourselves choose to imagine warmth and protection from the suns source is a true gift, that can change so much. Sunbath, remind yourself of the unonditional love and warmth and sun offers us.
Yes, in my eyes, the sun does emit pure feminine energy. She grants us the vital energy, which we need for our lives. She is the source of it. She gives us strenght. Her light guides us and feeds us. She is the true mother of our little solar system. She is the center. And the planets are her children. You are a child of mother earth and mother sun.
Trust yourself, and you will be able to find your inner sun too. Your inner warmth, the energy that will touch any frozen part of yourself, melt away anything, that does no longer serve you anymore in its frozen state, which needs to come alive again with brimming force, and fierce bright energy.
Inner Balance can be achieved, if you know your worth. Meaning, you will have to fully accept yourself. The shadow inside of you, as well as the light. Accept yourself entirely. Open your heart, accept, forgive, let go and love. Show yourself, that you do love yourself, not just by speaking kind, affirming words, also by actions. Find strenght and confidence in knowing your abilitys. Trust yourself. Genuienly trust yourself. Stand up and accept that only you know what is best for you, and trust yourself that you will make the right decision for you.
The universe believes in you.
