Stop looking for progress. Stop looking in the mirror for results. This all implies that you are not at your end goal. Focus somewhere else. Our mind takes a mental picture of wanted and unwanted events/results/experiences. That’s why people struggle to visualize because we have an unwanted mental picture. So for example, stop looking at your skin if you don’t like it. Just do your affirmations or the work to make it better. Only comment as if you have what you want or don’t comment/ look at it at all. It’s like letting go of a memory and choosing to create a new story/memory.
How do you form a new picture in your head…. by looking at another picture. So look at pictures that you want to manifest in your life. So when you visualize your body, look at the picture you want your body to look like and say “wow I love how my body looks” and hold that picture in your mind whenever you think about your body.
