34Chapter Six of Light My Fears is up!
Summary: Preparing for a night of superheroics can be just as exhausting as the actual night itself, especially if the only people who know your secret are as willing (and likely) to tease you as they are to help you.
2As well as mirages, Luz could also brew different kinds of potions, possibly even making some form of smoke bombs. Another idea I had was if Luz discovered some boiling isles form of haki or chakra. Maybe even learning some form of observation haki like luffy from One Piece. But that’s just an idea. Another idea I had was summoning magic and animation magic. Sort of like Eda’s curse, but not as permanent. A good example of this is Sirius Blacks ability to transform into a dog at will. Personally, I think it pretty sweet if Luz had a magic godfather/ mother like Harry Potter, but I digress. More posts soon
4Okay, after watching the entire first season of the owl house, I have come to a conclusion. Luz could very well gain new forms of magic. Allow me to explain, we know that their are many different types of magic in the demon realm (Abomination, Illusion, potions, etc.) But the one I’m thinking Luz could adapt best to is illusion. We know that Luz has both fire and ice glyphs, and theoretically assuming she can make a water glyph, she could create mirages. Think Namis mirage techniques from one piece. This would fit Luz’s character, that being someone who is creative and can adapt to the situation that’s she’s in. But that’s just one idea, lemme know what you think in the chat below.

18SAH Bad End
Guess who’s sick and can’t focus long enough to finish the next chapter of A World Apart?
It’s me.
So instead have something that happened a few days ago:
Me: I should really write the next chapter for A World Apart.
Feral Brain: SAH without Amity.
Me: What?
Feral Brain: What if Amity went home that first night?
Me: Well… that would’ve stunted the growth and connection those two formed. Luz would probably be more reluctant about dragging Amity into her plans for treason to protect the future she thinks Amity would want. But what does that have to do-
Feral Brain: If that connection is stunted what happens when Odalia gives her the ‘watching the human’ job?
Me: … Amity wouldn’t attempt to lie to her parents. Instead she would just try and avoid Luz more and more to prevent giving any important knowledge to Belos that would put Luz in danger.
Feral Brain: …
Me: No. NO. Stop. Don’t. Please I have so much to do.
Feral Brain: What if Luz never saw the bruise?
Me: DAMMIT.
