i like actually feel motivated to lose weight for the first time in like a month thank FUCK 😁
I just ate like 13 mini Wan tons and feel my insides turning into Wan ton stones (I'm so sorry if I misspelled that don't hate me please)
I broke my ankle about two weeks ago while walking a dog and still managed to lose 6 kg/13 lbs during this time. Was it hard? YES. Was the effort worth it? VERY MUCH SO!
So if I can do this with this stupid meatbag called my body you sure as hell can do it too!
