we're having pizza tomorrow i am stressed out !! ! i don't have to eat pizza, i can order fish n chips, chicken skewer, or a salad. Salad sounds like obvious choice but whatever i order, i already have additional salad in the fridge that i'll add to the meal. the salad options on the menu were terrible so the only stuff that sounded ok was chicken salad (but i'm afraid it will be dry af), tuna salad (tuna is just ok. especially when surrounded by pizza), kebab salad (yummy but scary calories). no matter what i pick i won't eat all the meat bc the portions are massive.
should i eat normally so i won't be so hungry.? or should i fast until dinner so i can eat whatever i want, just incase i don't have self-control?
