    honestly the best coffee I've ever made (recipe)

    holy shit ok I just made really god coffee like starbucks type beat I even asked my cousins(basically brothers) what they thought of it and even they said it was super good, and yk brothers will tell you straight up if smth sucks so n e ways its only 50 cal

    btw this is iced coffee


    -4 (3 if you don't like it sweet) Splenda

    - 1 tbsp of Half & Half or Heavy Whipping Cream (50 cal)

    -A shit ton of ice

    so on to the actual recipe so you grab a pod for ur coffee maker if you don't have like a Keurig coffee maker just fill up ur cup about half way, For ppl with a Keurig coffee maker just press 8 oz on it.

    Next make sure to put the splenda bfr u put the coffee even though it doesnt matter too much thats what I did when making mine and just mix the 4 or 3 packets of splenda into it.

    Then fill a tall cup, like the ones you can buy at Starbucks, all the way to the top with ice then pour the hot coffee in.

    Then lastly pour the Half and Half or Heavy Whipping Cream in and mix all the way (btw I used Heavy Whipping Cream but Half and Half can work perfectly fine)

    I ordered a swimsuit today and I think i ordered it too big but i’d rather have it too big than too small and god i just hate my body. I really just want to lose all of the weight but i can’t do that when i fat ass down an entire medium pizza. God i wish i wasn’t so stupid.

    thought i would share one of my favorite recipes atm!! super quick and easy and filling!

    total around 140 cals

    -butter lettuce (this has become one of my obsessions recently i get it at target and it comes with the roots attached so it keeps super fresh!) :0-5cals

    -shredded chicken :50 cals(depending on how much you use)

    -light string cheese:35 cals for a little over half(i use this because its the best low calorie cheese i can find but i feel like you dont taste it too much here so im going to go without in the future)

    -light sour cream:35 cals for 2 tablespoons

    -salsa:10 cals

    -sriracha:0 cals

    -chopped baby carrots:i used 2 and a half which is around 10 cals

    let me know if u try this !!!! its super filling and can be less calories depending on what you use. remember your body still needs food sometimes and it is okay to eat<3

    80 kcal stir fry


    4 oz shirataki noodles (20 kcal)

    4 oz shiitake mushrooms (40 kcal)

    1.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (15 kcal)

    1 tsp minced garlic (5 kcal)

    put a small pot of water on the stove to boil, then put the mushrooms in a different pan and cook them down. once the water boils, add the noodles and boil for three minutes to get rid of the weird taste. then, drain the noodles and add to the mushrooms. let it cook down a little to get rid of the excess water and then add the soy sauce and garlic. mix well and enjoy! honestly this was super filling, i ended up eating half then saving the rest for later.

    I’m at a friends house and I was having a good time actually feeling confident and all of a sudden his brother made a comment about my body. Why did he have to do it I was so happy with how my body is. And my best friend of a few years now just sat there and laughed. She didn’t stand up for me or stay quiet she actually laughed at me. Wow. Definitely not eating this week at all. I’m gonna get thin and they will all regret this but for now I have to sit here ashamed of what my body looks like.

    Vent: people who invalidate people with eds because they noticed it after someone else opened up about having one.

    pisses me off how if you develop an ed after one of ur classmates do, suddenly ur faking it. no susan i swear to you im not fasting for 52 hours in a row during exam season, staring at ed tumblr thinspo and looking at calories because rebecca is in hospital for an eating disorder, u guys just happened to notice her only friend had one after rebecca ended up in hospital. yes, i get its hard to process that someone could have an ed and not say no to food but instead throw it up later, but please dont invalidate me because im ‘only doing it for attention’ because i swear to you im not.

    60-80 cal stuffed mushroom recipe


    1 1/2 lb. baby mushrooms
    2 tbsp. butter (optional or less)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
    Kosher salt
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for topping
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
    1 tbsp. freshly chopped thyme


    Preheat oven to 400°. Use parchment paper, a pan with tinfoil, or grease a pan. Remove stems from mushrooms and roughly chop stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet.

    In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped mushrooms stems and cook until most of the moisture is out, 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute then add breadcrumbs and let toast slightly, 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    In a large bowl mix together mushroom stem mixture, Parmesan, cream cheese, parsley, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps with filling and sprinkle with more Parmesan.

    Bake until mushrooms are soft and the tops are golden, 20 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley to serve.


    Depending on the amount of filling and the size of the mushroom it can range from 60 calories to 90 calories. Average calorie would be 80.

    Per Serving: 80 calories; protein 2.7g; carbohydrates 1.5g; fat 8.2g; cholesterol 22mg; sodium 81.8mg.
