Hey babes I just wanted to make a chain of tips to hep curb hunger!

Breakfast- yea dosent work for me. My biggest thing is if I eat breakfast im hungry all the time all day and im not really hungy in the morning so i just skip it , but I drink a zero sugar vitamin water or lemmon water or tea or coffee (just whatever works for you 😉) [also take your vitamins babes we gotta take care of our self someway lol]
Coffee/tea/energy drinks- cafine curbs hunger and gives you the energy to get thru ur day
(Not really a hunger tip but..) I keep mini snickers in my purse, we have all been there where your blood sugar is low and I need something quick, no need to pass out it works quick and fast!
Water water water water water you have heard it before and you can hear it again DRINK YOUR WATER!
If you know there is a certin time of day you tend to need or eat more save most of your cals till then,ex I eat more when i smoke b4 bed so I dont eat much till then and I count it all out b4 I smoke

Oh and water Mellon you can eat so much water mellon for so little cals so I eat fruit like Mellon durring the day kr when ever I feel like binging!
