personally i just think it’s comical when people say skinny doesn’t equal happy! because i have been like lowkey depressed the past few days but this morning i woke up and weighed myself and saw the 124.2lbs (that’s good for me) and was SO happy. now i’ve been in a good mood all day and have been so productive at school. likeee the evidence is right here that i am happier

Im starting a new calorie tracker, the diet I was doing works, yes, but as it has a low calorie intake the binges are frequent , so I decide to increase my calorie intake. I found a site were calculate the calories you have to eat for loosing weight in an amount of time ( I put 2 months), still, I reduce it at half because it’s triggering for me the amount the site told me, it’s personalized so that’s what I liked too(if someone wants the link of the site dm me or put a comment) .

okay i’m making new rules for myself and i’m going to stick to them
- don’t eat past 7pm
- only consume one thing a day when i’m not fasting. so if i eat a lollipop one day that counts as my meal for the day. (this doesn’t apply to coffee because i’d die without it, but it applies to every other drink lmao)
- drink 3l of water every day
- fast for at least three days a week
- alternate weeks, so one week i liquid fast for the whole week and the next week only fast for three days but it includes drinks and food

Yo anas, question: how do you eat non-safe foods without getting a massive, awful stomach ache? I have to eat TACOS tomorrow on a DATE and I want to appear NORMAL but I also don’t want to be doubled over with stomach cramps and anxiety. HALP PLZ.

monster rehabs are so much better than the other monsters and theyre only 25 cals (´ ∀ ` *) my fav monster is java but they have so many cals so i often pick rehab

2.00 pm - stomach is already growling mut i’m not too hungry yet. i took a shower and it was pretty hard standing up, i’m dizzy and feeling a little weak.
4.20 pm - i’m not really physically hungry but i’m having a bad headache and i’m feeling very irritated. i hate this but i’m not gonna give up.
6.00 pm - feeling slightly better, not really having any cravings! still having that head ache but other than that i’m doing fine <3
8.00 pm - i’m doing good, haven’t gotten a huge feeling of hunger this whole day! i’m proud of myself for getting this far. feeling a bit weak though + the head ache hasn’t left
