It’s currently 3am and I cant sleep because I am so hungry.
I’ve had the worst cravings for the fried rice my mum bought for dinner. But I know that the minute I have any of it, I’ll end up binging and end up eating the entire contents of my kitchen.
I’ve almost caved in multiple times but I haven’t.
Proud of myself.
My method to prevent my binge was:
- Stand in front of a mirror in just my underwear and stare at myself for a while
- Weigh myself
- Look at old photos of myself
- Look at thinspo
- Look at photos that I’ve taken of myself hysterically crying after binges in the past
You control food.
Food does not control you.
