    hi guys! the beach was actually really fun!! i ate a lot today which makes me feel soo guilty, so tomorrow i plan to eat around 200 calories. i may go to a party and drink, so i might just drink instead of eating… anyways, that is all for today.

    So I’m visiting my friend and she’s not at skinny as I thought she was? Like I always thought of her as my skinny friend but I told her how much I weight and she goes “yeah I’m about the same” and it blew my mind! Considering I have not yet reached my goal weight, that means that between the 2 is I’ll be the skinny friend! Now I’m more Motivated than even to reach my goals!!

    🦋PODSUMOWANIE DNIA🦋

    BILANS:

    🍔 967 kcal /1000 kcal

    🏋️‍♀️ 560 kcal

    Zaczynam z nową dietą - Purple Skinny Diet. Podchodzę do niej inaczej niż do ostatniej. Teraz limit, który mam wpisany będzie odnosił się wyłacznie do zjedzonych kalorii. Aktywności wciąż oczywiście zachowuję, a najlepiej gdybym robiła ich znacznie więcej. Szkoda tylko, że mam ostatnio niską motywację do treningów. No ale pewnie niedługo się to poprawi.

    Dziś był dobry dzień. Zjadłam tylko dwa posiłki:

    • domowy ramen (367 kcal)

    • domowy vege hot-dog (600 kcal ?)

    Szczerze tego hot-doga liczyłam tak na czuja, więc kaloryka pewnie może się wachać +-100 kcal. Ale i tak przygotowałam sobie "chudszą" wersję (więcej warzyw, jogurt zamiast sosu majonezowego). Jestem zadowolona, choć wiem, że mogło być lepiej.

    Dziś się zważyłam... no i szlag poraz kolejny mnie trafił:

    65,4 kg

    No ja nie mogę! Ile mam jeszcze czekać aż ta waga spadnie. Kurde no.

    No nic. To tylko moja wina, że wciąż jest taka. Przede wszystkim muszę zacząć naprawdę się pilnować i jeść tylko wtedy, gdy muszę. Więcej dyscypliny i samokontroli. Wtedy dam radę.

    Jak widzicie ta dieta jest długa. Tak naprawdę do końca wakacji, więc skoro można schudnąć na niej 6,4 kg (liczone przy zapotrzebowaniu 2000 kcal) to uda się osignąć mój cel, czyli 59 kg na 1 września. Boże jakby to było wspaniałe, gdyby się udało.

    day 5- how did you do with restricting today? how are you?

    it’s 5 pm and so far i’ve consumed 255 (without adding my steps) so i would say pretty good. haven’t decided if i’m gonna eat a little bit more.

    i’m also doing pretty okay, my body is finally not hurting as much as it was last night or the day before, my chest still hurts a tiny bit but i think i’ll be okay.

    Day 2 of my diet

    Today i was supposed to eat 200 calories but sadly i went over

    breakfast : one m n m - 3

    lunch: one warbutonthin with 50g of avacado and 50g of chicken breast - 237

    dinner: maryland mint cookie - 51

    snacks: monster ultra - 10

    kinda upset with my self as over all my total was 301 which is a whole 100 over my goal for today, i’m on day 2 and already failing, i used to be able to starve myself for days but now i just crave food all the time.

    i burnt 40 calories walking home from seeing my friends and if i keep stressing i might do a workout later on tonight to get the other 60 cal but we shall see

    i prepped my lunch for work tomorrow tho so that good

    Low calorie meal

    When I initially learned about shirataki noodles, I had no idea what else to make with them that was also low in calories. So I just threw a bunch of vegetables together and it turned out to be quite tasty. Here's how to make it:

    ‼️Disclaimer‼️
    I'm terrible at using spices, so feel free to use whatever you like. Just keep in mind that it may boost your total calorie intake by 5 or more.

    Yield: 1 serving

    Ingredients:

    200g shirataki fettuccine (12 cals)

    Cooking spray (1 cal)

    Egg white (17 cals)

    137g mushrooms (30 cals)

    134g Broccoli (34 cals)

    1/8th cup soy sauce (17 cals)

    86g baby plum tomatoes (15 cals)

    Salt

    Pepper

    Additional spices of your choice (?)

    Method:

    In a colander, rinse the noodles and vegetables under cool running water for approximately a minute.

    Coat the pan with lower calorie cooking spray.

    Over medium-high heat, stir in the mushrooms and broccoli until they are cooked.

    Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and any other spices you want.

    Place the noodles in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Please note that if your product's instructions suggest otherwise, you should use their approach instead.

    Add the egg whites to the food. Mix as it comes in contact with the pan.

    Plate the food and store it in the microwave to keep it warm.

    Reduce the heat on the burner and cook the tomatoes in the same pan until they become crispy.

    Place the tomatoes on your plate, and there you have it! Your guilt-free low-calorie dinner is ready to be consumed.

    Total calories: 126 calories
