Levi is a great therapist as a boyfriend
So, as we all know Levi is the type of man who does things and shows love through actions, not through words. Being with him would be cuddle and kissing bliss when you’re at home together. You’d be very much the social one in the relationship, even if you’re the introvert. Levi would often look to you for guidance or his teacher when it comes to being a boyfriend, because you’d be his first and probably his last. So, what would happen when you have a bad episode? What would happen where you just can’t smile and you don’t feel good mentally? I’d like to think he’d let you talk your feelings out, or if you can’t, he’d do everything he could to help you.
Levi came home after a long day at work. He wasn’t stressed or tired. He just felt okay, but he looked forward to seeing your pretty face. He knew you’d be in the kitchen making a pot of tea for him and you to share, but when he went to the kitchen you were nowhere to be found. He was conflicted at not seeing you. He was worried about you, but also confused.
He looked into the living area to see that it was empty as well. He inspected the room to see you hadn’t even been in this room at all. Levi was a clean guy and you tried to be clean to his standards while living with him, but you would leave your mark in places you’d been. He would find a manga, comic or some gaming thing left out. Sometimes it’d be a cardigan or hair things. He loved cleaning up after you, because it meant he could touch your things and return them to you.
He ventured to the bedroom to change out of his work things and found just what he was looking for. You were all curled up and wrapped up in bed. He changed his clothes into comfy ones and opted for a nice fancy bath later, which you’d shown him to have with bath bombs and everything.
He called your name and heard you just hum back at him. He felt a bubble of worry inside him. You always greeted him with a kiss and a hug, as well as tea. He’d never seen you like this before and it scared him. You were the type to talk to him loads, play games or dance around the room and try to make him dance. He wasn’t sure what to do, but he knew he had to do something.
He walked over to your side of the bed, then sat down by your pelvis and belly. He hesitated a moment, then placed his hand on the side of your head wrapped up in the covers. He rubbed his thumb on your head and heard you sniff, which meant you’d been crying all alone. He hated that you’d been alone when you were hurting. He wanted to break every bone in the body of the person who upset you. However, he wouldn’t say a thing and accuse anyone until you said something.
You sat up allowing Levi to see you’d been crying a lot, probably all day. You sighed and gave him a sad smile. “I’ll get your tea.”
Levi watched you get up, then grabbed you and pulled you to sit on his lap. He held you tightly against him and didn’t feel you pull away. Often when he’d grab you when you had things to do and hug you, you’d pull away and tell him later. However, you just sat there in his arms and let him hold you.
You gulped as tears stung your eyes. “I’m sorry.”
Levi sighed at you being your normal apologetic self. “Tch, oi brat? Stop it. Don’t you dare say you are sorry for having feelings. You’re allowed to be sad.”
You turned on his lap, then hugged him tightly. You clung to his back so tightly. “Okay.”
He kissed the top of your head over and over until you stopped crying. He lifted your head up, then wiped your tears away. He let out a long sigh, then picked you up and carried you to the living room. He sat you down, then wrapped you up in a blanket and gave you a cuddly toy.
He petted your head making you blush. “Stay here.”
You nodded and watched him closely. “Okay.”
He went right to the kitchen and put a tray on the side. He filled a plate and bowl with snacks that you loved. He made a pot of tea for you as well. He brought it all over and put it on the coffee table. He turned the tv on, then put on a tv show that you loved and he wasn’t too interested in. However, you loved it, which meant he’d watch as many as possible and read about it online.
He pulled you close and held you as you watched tv, ate your snack and sipped your tea. He played with your hair, because he knew that it would relax you. He kissed your temple and gazed at you. “I know I’m not good with words, but I’m here for you, okay? You can tell me anything. I want to help the best way I can.”
You turned to him, then kissed him making a burst of happiness go through him. “I’m just having a bad head day.”
He frowned at your words. “Your head looks fine and your hair.”
You hummed a sweet laugh at how cute he was. “No, I mean that my head is just being mean. So, bad thoughts about myself.”
It clicked in his head when he realised what you meant. “Oh.” He paused a moment. “Well, the mean things your head is saying aren’t true. The mean voice can go fuck itself. If it was a person, I’d beat the living shit out of them.”
You laughed at Levi. He was embarrassed at first, but then he was happy at hearing you laugh again and light up. He’d never seen you fall apart before, but he had seen moments of sadness and you feeling weak in the past. This was all new to him, but he was honoured that you let yourself be this way with him.
You hummed in happiness. “Thank you. I feel a lot better now because of you.”
“Good.” He blushed a little. “I love you.”
You wrapped your arms around his neck soothing him instantly. You always made things better for him when you held him. “I love you too. Always will.”
