Soft sourdough rye bread
Found my (unlabeled) rye flour. A tad sour because the dough was in the fridge for two days, but baked up nicely and tasted pretty good with soup or toppings.

Sourdough granola with slivered almonds, poppy seeds, and cranberries
Burned cranberries because forgot that I was baking this at 300F (should’ve at least lowered temperature to 275F...).

Modification: Greek yogurt for oil
Sourdough apple vanilla cake
Based on crumbs, seemed to taste okay! Will be used to make Dad a birthday cake.

Sweetened condensed milk muffins
Taste is good, texture is a bit off probably due to my ingredient substitutions.
