Wrote this in one of the journals:
Nothing has meaning in and of itself, but rather, meaning is acquired when someone can share it. The need to share and communicate is a very natural predisposition.
~The secret life of the mind
Gathered all of my doodle books, sketchpads, planners, handy dandy notebooks , journals and even a slam book from back when I was in high school and in it are all of my random thoughts, dreams, bucketlist, to-do things, yearly goals, doodles, my favorite quotes from a movie, a book or a podcast, letters to myself, drawings from sleepless nights, lessons from a workshop, top secrets, crushes? Hehe, fears, numbers, people, reminders, memories, heartaches, sufferings, struggles, lessons, confessions and a bunch of gibberish wranglings about life.
Of course I was anxious prior the opening of this show because I was uncomfortable of the fact that strangers will have access through my mind’s deeper recesses which I’ve been concealing and consoling for a long time.
