My oldest is turning 20 this year, she currently isn’t in my life but i miss her very much.
It’s a tradition to draw her a gift for her birthday and christmas, and add the drawings to the laminated art holder book i bought her.
No reason not to continue the tradition. She loves dragons, and dragon clay sculptures, so i combined the ideas into one image.

I need your help! I’ve dyed my hair red/orange with henna (lush caca rouge) and it came out super patchy and carrot orange. I know it’s almost impossible to remove henna but does someone know how I can fade it and/or remove it? I’m strawberry blonde myself so fading it should be good enough so I’ll be able to grow it out.
Please comment or dm me if you have any advice for me ❤️
Pink diamond or rose quartz?
I think that somehow artists have this profound fear of not being authentic in their work, and that there is an invisible pressure constantly exerted on us in terms of our output. We somehow need to create things that drive us forward, generate ideas that nobody has ever before done, that we need to use the highest grade materials in order to achieve that level of quality in our pieces. I think that is a totally wrong mindset, you’re focusing on the wrong things, on things that don’t matter.
I think the reason why it is so hard for people to create art is because of the limitations of the canvas, and when people can’t seem to think of something to paint, they demarcate themselves as ‘not creative’. And there’s this weird social standing where, artists are creative and can make art that nobody else can. Actually anybody can make art, its whether they have the courage and confidence to do so, the courage to break the general perception that artists are people who have talent, the courage to tell yourself that “I can do that too! But in my own way”.
The creativity of an artist cannot be confined to the four corners of the canvas. We need to learn to identify the things that matter and establish connections. You don’t need fancy art supplies to create, you need the ability to think, and the courage to create. For something to be called art, it is not determined by how professional the piece of art is, the skill of the artist, or the longevity of the piece. It is determined by the subject’s ability to transcend and break boundaries.
All artists are thieves, nothing is 100% authentic. we steal ideas, materials, experiences, and present them in a new light through our work. Stories of others’ experience enrich my life and become my own, contributing to me as an evolving artist. Things that are forgotten, I forge new meaning into them, while highlighting the beauty of the old. I am not a creator, I am a thief. I steal things, ideas, wisdom, knowledge from every corner I can reach. I am a hunter-gatherer, i gather things and build something from it, not by filling in the blanks, but by simply suggesting that there is a connection between vastly different subject matters. It is for the viewer to imagine and wonder.
Art always has a purpose, maybe for aesthetic reasons, or maybe its functional, or that its thought-provoking, or it engages our senses, or maybe it has the ability to resurface sentiments hidden beneath objects of the past. If you think about it, that’s life! So in essence, art is life, and since life is all around us, so is art.
Here’s a neat picture of where my ideas come to life :3
Hey I just wanna let people know I’m opening up commissions for digital drawings (my specialty is portraits but I can work with concepts and animals)
It would be $15 for a commission and the money is going towards a pet adoption and eventually an ESA registration.
You can DM me for more information.
