Title: Cyberpunk VetStation/Apartment
“I’ve started this artwork as DiNusty Cyberpunk challenge, but didn’t manage to finish it on time. For a while it gathered dust on the hard drive and now I finally decided to publish it. The room layout is based on Raul Rosell concept art, but the content and the idea to create a mix of apartment and artisanal vet station are my own
In the cyberpunk world I wanted to show, most of the animals are extinct, and those remained ones are homeless and struggling for their survival on city streets. Also, let’s imagine that mere mortals can’t grow any plants on their own, it’s illegal; this privilege is given only to large corporations. So, considering such world with such laws, I tried to imagine an apartment resident, a person, who has a strong desire to help homeless animals and to keep a piece of nature inside his(or her) home
One of the goals for this project was the maximum usage of mesh decals. So, the main forms are super simple, the most of the details are made with decals and materials”
