This type of training improves mobility and increases functional strength using a sequence of primal movement patterns.
It gives you a better understanding of your own body and its capabilities since you are using your own body weight. No gym equipment needed. ❌
You become more in tune and responsive with your body as well as developing core strength, coordination, mobility, agility and balance. 💪🏼
As I’ve also had multiple knee surgeries, I'm conscious to implement training that helps to prevent more injuries and keep the joints active and mobile.
