went to the bookstore today and i was lowkey dissociating while waiting to pay for my book and when it was finally my turn the girl at the cash register was like “omg you smell so nice!!” and i was SO surprised at first but quickly thanked her and she just went “its just so nice and fresh like uhhh what is it...” and i said “strawberries!!” and she was “EXACTLYYY”

you would think that a neighborhood that is located in the middle of one of the largest metro areas on the US West Coast and which is home to a major world research university would have extensive and diverse options for affordable vegetarian & vegan takeout. and you would be 100% dead wrong.
