What a great day today was. Got a chance to go out and golf with the family open (I got the high score ). Kindaof means I stunk it up. All in all wonderful day beautiful weather nice to be outside. Really wanted frozen yogurt but didn't splurge proud of myself. Might splurge anyway in the coming days.

I see a lot of different people (this is for no one in particular) ship Demi and Chloe and I can’t help but think they’d be a terrible match. Demi is really close with her sibling while Chloe murdered hers. I know Demi doesn’t know about that, but I still just feel like she’s a smart girl and she would get the feeling something is off about ‘vera’. Like when Demi would ask ‘Vera’ about ‘Chloe’ her answers would be weird or not make much sense. And if she were ever to discover the truth, Demi would despise Chloe as she could never associate herself with someone who did such a horrible thing to the person who is supposed to love them most.

You know what I think?

I think by the time Rei had broke into the Kudou Mansion he was starting to just...slip.

When he first went undercover, he had done so with Hiromitsu.

After Hiromitsu there was absolutely no one else he could trust to turn to besides Kazami Yuuya, whom he only relies on when it comes to the more mundane tasks, like searching and stuff.

But other than that he was doing it all himself.

And he was starting to slip up, the stress of trying to come up with a cover for everything starting to get to him more and more.

Rum demanding information, for Rei to be quicker in providing information on Mouri Kogoro.

Not to mention, how his own identity was possibly starting to slip up.

And then there is his hatred for Akai that is just so easy to fall back to.

In other words, I sighed in relief when the Kudou parents opened the lights and went 'It's time to sit down and have tea and civil discussions'.

Because, from what I've seen, that was the time when Rei finally managed to find allies.

turns out i love fics where gin has a soft spot for scotch and then scotch plays him like a fiddle. gin thinks he has scotch under control and scotch acts all compliant and sincere and and meek and fools gin completely and secretly plot against him. i’m cheering for him all the way as i read like go hiro yes play him.

gin hates rye and dislikes bourbon who’s too mysterious but somehow has a soft spot for scotch, the one who’s parents died at a young age and then fell into the path of crime, the one who doesn’t talk back like bourbon or rye would, the excellent sniper with a gentle smile who’s willing to cook for gin and vodka after their missions. gin takes him under his wing and thinks he’s gained an useful asset who he can control meanwhile scotch steals information right under his nose and gin doesn’t suspect him because he’s so meek and looks at gin with such sincere eyes.

Rye: *gives water bottle to Scotch*

Scotch: ....thanks? What's this for?

Rye: Bourbon told me you get really thirsty around me?

Bourbon: *uncontrollably snickers the moment he hears the conversation*

Scotch: Ah I see.

Scotch: It's a real shame that our trio is going to turn into a duo soon.
