    Gluten Free Skinny Lemon Bars - 174 kcal/4g protein

    Servings: 8 - 174 kcal/4g protein per serving

    Crust

    1/2 Cup Gluten-free baking flour

    1/2 Cup Unsweetened coconut flakes

    1 Tbsp Coconut Flour

    1/4 Cup Granulated sweetener (Truvia or Coconut Sugar)

    2 Tbsp Coconut oil melted

    1 Tbsp Honey or sticky syrup

    1 Tbsp Water warm

    Filling

    3 Large Eggs

    1/4 Cup Honey or sticky syrup

    2 Lemons Juice and zest

    1 Tbsp Gluten-free flour

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a 9x13 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.

    2. Place all crust ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. Press the crust evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

    3. All the while, prepare your filling by whisking all filling ingredients together until smooth. Remove crust and pour the filling over the crust while it's still hot.

    4. Reduce heat to 325F and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes. The filling should still be giggly but solid to the touch.

    5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving. Best if chilled before serving.

    10.17.21 - 1,201 cals

    Way more than I wanted but i'm really sick in bed and dont have groceries so I kind of only was able to order takeout and also I needed the energy. Haven't weighed myself in 3 days but between the weekend trip I took where I couldn't really restrict and being sick it's not looking promising guys🤪🤪🤪

    gonna be starting this diet today!!!! I made it for myself and to fit my schedule, I visit my nan on a Thursday/Friday and she tends to feed me more so I made this days higher cal! and my fast one day a week as that is when I'm more likely to be able to complete a fast day!!!!!

    Also the strikes refer to as going over my cal limit!!!! not counting binge days bc I can't help it if I do eventually binge BUT if I'm out w family/friends and they want me to eat or smthn I'm allowed to go over <333

    (don't clown on the design ik it's not amazing I did it in like 20 minutes)

    Breakfast:

    Low cal Monster energy drink - 13 cal

    Vegan protein cookie (it's not really a cookie though) - 190 cal

    Lunch:

    Low cal Monster energy drink (again. I'm so glad they're back) - 13 cal

    Onigiri with a shrimp - 139 cal

    Dinner:

    Light oat milk (appears to be not that light) - 113 cal

    468 cal in total.

    I am CONSTANTLY thinking about being fat.

    On one side I wanna be fragile and beautifully model-like skinny

    On the other hand my boyfriend loves the way I am right now and said any girl skinnier than me is a weird skeleton.

    today was ehhh. i woke up with pain in my shoulder, i must've slept wrong? so i haven't done a lot today :/ hopefully it'll be better by tomorrow cause i really wanna deep clean my room!

    for my first meal i had rice bubbles and chocolate almond milk, and for my dinner i had miso soup! i ran out of konjac noodles so i used a little rice this time, it was good! i just wish rice wasn't so calorific ;-;

    I lost 3 inches from my waist in 8 days and I'm not sure how. ANYWAYS PICKLES ARE LOW IN CALORIES AND MAKE YOU FEEL FULL REAL FAST.

    I have to eat a pickle atleast twice a day so that i can hold back on binging (it calms my urges but it might not work for everyone)

    but someone in my family keeps eating MY PICKLES which are the only things that make me keep from overeating and i keep telling them to leave my pickles alone but Noooo 'you can just buy new ones' genuinely, fuck you I don't grow fucking money on the trees get your own fucking pickles instead of taking mine it's morning so i went to eat a pickle to not eat anything else but because you fucking ate it all i ended up consuming 350 calories at fucking 8am
