    My meal plan for tomorrow and the next day. I didn’t count my calories today I didn’t have the energy 😢

    I need to go shopping in the morning to get the supplies. I’m craving a smoothie hence my breakfast tomorrow. Also I can’t believe they both ended up the exact same calories wow! Weird coincidence.

    I’ve been feeling depressed so my control with food is less. I’m an emotional eater

    Breakfast: bagel and some beef

    Snack: lara bar, butterscotch

    So I was tracking but then my mom invited me to play bunco with her and her friends and I didn’t track the alcohol and food I ate. So I have no idea the calories but I do know I drank too much because I’m now a little hungover 😵

    So I lost some weight today in a whoosh. So that was fun. I also figured out why my scale was saying lo every-time I weighed which is that its low on battery. Even my mom when she sat me today asked me if I lost weight 😄

    Breakfast: yogurt parfait

    Lunch: egg muffins

    Dinner: homemade french dip with veggies and curly fries.

    Snack: ??? (Haven’t decided yet)

    Workout: lifting focusing on upper back and shoulders

    Mood wise: I’m kinda blah. Things that normally bring me joy aren’t. But I’ve been on top of taking care of myself! 👍

    I gained like 3 pounds so the overeating has finally caught up with me. I tried dragon fruit today it’s okay not my favorite.

    I started my personal training today. We did leg day and boy it killed me but I loved it. I enjoy lifting so much. That’s the important thing.

    Breakfast: peanut butter toast

    Snack: dragon fruit

    Lunch: Greek yogurt parfait

    Snack: Lara bar

    Dinner: enchilada and rice and beans

    I ate to maintain today. Not on purpose but I have in a went out to eat for dinner.

    Lunch: fajita pasta

    Snack: mushrooms and sauerkraut (I know weird)

    Dinner: ramen and takoyaki

    Drink: vanilla cream soda

    Honestly looking back it’s all high in calories 🤦‍♀️

    I was suicidal last night. I’m feeling better today but not great which is probably why I eat higher calorie foods. I comfort eat. I feel like shit but I just got to keep pushing

    So today was another day of overeating

    It was my sisters birthday so we went out and had burgers and of course cake. I didn’t plan my other meals accordingly so I just overate. I had fun though!

    Breakfast: banana and turkey sandwich

    Lunch: red lentil chili and a Starbucks refresher

    Snack: tofu and Thai chili sauce

    Dinner: Red Robin burger

    Dessert: a slice of cake

    Estimated calories: 2414

    Tomorrow is a new day to get back on track. Today was a fun treat but I can’t keep doing it. Once in a while is fine.

    I overate yesterday and then forgot to post my update. My mom got doughnuts and I would have been fine with one but I was like 😏 and had two. That and had Burger King for lunch. So my calories were about 2048.

    For today I’m celebrating a holiday so I’m not counting calories. I’m excited for the day!

    Breakfast: oatmeal with mixed berries and peanut butter

    Lunch: spinach pepper egg bites and a banana

    Dinner: lentil chili and a spinach salad with homemade dressing

    I’m going to have a snack I just don’t know what yet 🤷‍♀️ I’m going to keep it to 100 calories

    Exercise: nothing

    I got my blood drawn today so we shall see how my cholesterol and stuff is soon. I don’t know why I didn’t snack today. Just didn’t feel like it. My depression was lingering today. I just felt kinda numb. I just existed. I made some mint water for tomorrow so that’ll be nice.
