    THE EVENT STRATEGY IS THE KEY TO VALUE CREATION

    Maybe you've been wondering if an event strategy is now also necessary. "Isn't this just the kind of thing that some slightly over-expensive consultants are deluding you that you need?" To that I would say: Expensive or not – it can be even more expensive for you if you do not have the event strategy in place.

    In this context, events should be understood as any planned event (meeting, conference, trade show, etc.) held either online or offline. Events have some external stakeholders involved and may, for example, be centered around sales, branding, knowledge sharing, alliance creation, etc.m.
