@officialcoruscantguard No, don’t worry, I didn’t forget about my stupid Western AU (Yes, I turned it into an AU). People in the picture: Bandit!Fox and Human!Riyo Chuchi. Drawing Senator Chuchi as a human was hell.
Drawing any non-human as a human is hell for me. Basically what happened in the picture: Fox the bandit tried kidnapping Riyo the senator(?). He succeeds in kidnapping her. He fails in handing her over to the people who wanted him to kidnap her. They fall in love, blah blah blah. Hence this picture.

Kriffing hell, what is my crazy general going to draw next? -Captain Viper
Day 39: Prompt - Joshua Tree Character - America
Alfred tugged his bandanna tighter around his face. The dust of the cattle was rising with the dawn, and would soon be blowing his way. With a practiced grace he swung into the saddle and waited for the command. The rest of the boys were waiting, spread out around their heard. “Let’s go, boys!” the call rang loud and clear. Alfred and the rest of the cowboys spurred their horses forward and began the long hot work of driving the cattle north. He loved this. Away from society with only the piercing loneliness of the terrain to keep him company.

Taking a break from The Sagebrush kid Saga, I have float on to my other western series “Tales of Saddletown”, which has been on my mind a lot lately. Granted that Saddletown is not of a written novel than art but I do love messing art wise with the characters now and then. Mainly for visual aid. The series is actually a joint venture with an inline friend and has been so for over 10 years now. It reads close to what an old western TV series would read like, say back in the 70′s-80′s. While the main characters are the local lawmen seen here, some stories are based on other townsfolk. And comical moments do appear. The series takes place closer to what would be the American northern plains and NW landscape. The town of Saddletown itself is fictional and like the series. Instead of sand, desert, mesquite, cactus and dust, there is dirt, sod, pine, moss and mud. (personally never cared for the desert westerns myself)
Just noticed as I was typing this that I forgot to add their badges (face-palm) I had been messing all week with the picture that I wanted it done. Easy fix but not today :)
But anyway, there you are, my other western series. There maybe more of these characters but not a hell of a lot. trying to keep my tumblr Sagebrush Kid based.
