History is about to be made.
A quirky redhead on America’s favourite TV show was about to be the first - yes, the first ever - to use a word that would soon become a staple in our day-to-day vocabulary:
“Have you Googled her yet?”
This wasn’t the first time Buffy The Vampire Slayer changed the world. And one of the changes we saw take shape amongst Giles witty comments, Xander’s foolish ways, and Spike’s problematic character arc was the innovative portrayal of Willow Rosenberg.
She didn’t just represent one of the first times a lesbian relationship (yes, an actual lesbian relationship with affection and emotions) was put on the small screen: Willow was one of the many Wiccan characters to magick their way into media stardom.
Sabrina, Morticia, and even Cher brought Wicca and witchcraft to a new generation, giving 90s kids and noughties wannabes a taste of a new religion.
(Delicious.)
Wicca is now a popular religion with 1.5 million followers in the US and its very own Instagrammable aesthetic. It’s magickal, it’s mystical, and it might just be for you.
And here’s the guide to getting started.
Buying the Battle pass (or premium mission pass) will unlock the rewards in the yellow boxes. However, you still need to farm enough points to receive all the rewards.
Battle pass resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 Japan time. Buying the pass will automatically unlock all the rewards who’s milestone have been reached, so some people would buy it on the last few days once they are sure they have enough points.
1) 1800 PAID crystals
2) 1800 virtual coins
1) Additional 5000 FREE crystals
2) Additional 5000 virtual coins
3) Two costumes for each gender (Alt colours at 5000pts, 6000pts, 7000pts, 8000pts)
*Battle pass costumes might return in the future
I’ll say this every time. It’s your money. You decide if it’s worth it or not!
I think the costumes are ugly, but I like them crystals. Buying the colourful pass together will help you gain more points quickly and ensure you’ll get enough points, unless you’re sure you don’t need it.
