Thoughts: Titans: Season 3, Ep 4: Blackfire
It took me far too long to realize that Blackfire was the same sister that overtook the "soccer mom" at the end of season two. I was so off-kilter because I have questions: why was she captured, how was she captured, she's still a threat to Kory. I'm sure we'll find out but I don't think Blackfire can be trusted.
It's good though that we (hopefully) are at the end of the trances that Kory keeps suffering.
Gar, he has the patience of a saint considering Kory keeps trying to beat him up. I like that Gar continues to want to help all the teammates, he just wants to be helpful.
Connor's viewpoint of himself is so sad, I hope he doesn't get too focused on it (being a half bread and failing Hank). He's so hard himself - he did all that he could for Hank. And Dawn, man, the amount of guilt she must feel. Not surprised she's leaving the states for a while, she needs to figure out how to process that.
Dick is smart and I'm choosing to believe that he isn't going to fall for whatever Crane is working him over for. It seems like he was aware of the manipulation, but now Crane is gone (assuming he regained consciousness and fled; although I assumed the forcefield was put there by Dick but he seemed surprised to find Crane gone back at the cabin.)
He seems so mad at Jason, the whole "you told him everything" -- assuming this is about Raven and the rest of the team. How did Jason fall for Crane, or even get in touch with him. I also don't recall what Dick did to Jason for Jason to be this pissed off at him. Maybe some of this is due to Jason being so young, but I don't get it.
And boo on the sniper shooting Dick and not Red Hood, haahaaa, yeah it was a tough shot through trees, and it was dark. :P
