Me?? Writing fluff?? What is happening??
This fic actually has an origin story. So I accidentally spoiled something for my friend when we were talking (just that Hawks is undercover w the league) and she gave me a challenge to make it up to her. She told me to write a story involving a Nomu with no romance, no smut, and it must warm her heart. I haven’t sent it to her yet but this is the result! Please comment if it warmed your heart!
This story actually also ticks the boxes of a challenge offered to me by @nightfallrevel , which was to write a non noncon, non yandere, sfw story! This still counts, right rev?
“This, my boy, is a Nomu,” All For One boasted confidently as he gestured towards the strange creature at his feet. Beside him stood a hunched over, black figure with stocky limbs. Its brain was exposed, and its eyes looked empty. Its mouth was beak shaped, lined with razor sharp teeth. It was a short, hobgoblin like thing, not much taller than Tenko himself. No, he was Tomura now. The Nomu moved, hobbling around the room aimlessly. It looked like a monster. If Tomura had come across it on the street, he would have screamed and hid. But he trusted his Sensei.
Scratches and messy hair…I wonder what just happened

Susan was at the end of her tether. As a small business owner, she was heavily dependent on maintaining good customer relations. Unfortunately, that idea was being completely ruined by her unruly daughter, Willa.
Susan owned a cute, little, clothee boutique. She loved cute clothes and wanted to share that passion. But anytime she had a customer browsing her clothes and talking about how sweet the various outfits were there was always a very loud scoff in the the background from Willa.
Willa hated girly clothes and fashion. She was a proud tomboy with a complete disdain for any girl who indulged in anu cute fashion. In fact, Willa was only regularly at the boutique because of boredom. If she couldn’t find anyone to hang out with then she would spend her time making all of Susan’s customers feel self-conscious with her ill-timed laughs and uncalled for remarks.
Susan needed a solution for her daughter’s behavior. Not just for Willa’s sake but for her busniess.
Through a friend’s recommendation, Susan found herself on the Cutie Rehabilitation website. From there she was able to see that a solution to her problem was within reach. She quickly filled out the nomination form for Willa and waited for our courtesy call back.
One problem remained for Susan, how was she going to win back all the business that she had lost because of Willa? Perhaps there is a way to solve both issues with one plan…
A week later, and Susan had everything set. She had advertised a sales event and a special exhibition to try and attract customers to the boutique. Luckily, it worked and the entire store was packed with customers all browsing the clothes on display and waiting for whatever this special exhibition would be.
Of course Willa couldn’t resist the urge to make an appearance that day, with all these “ridiculous” girly girls there to mock. And it wouldn’t surprise you to tell you that Willa’s appearance was not only anticipated but counted on.
When Willa walked in to her mother’s boutique she could barely move for the sea of spectators in her way. Managing to get to the back of the store, she saw that a low stage had been set up with a pink salon chair placed in the middle.
While Willa wondered what her mother might have planned she failed to realise that she was slowly being surrounded by our lovely team in their distinctive pink lab coats. When Susan appeared in front of the crowd she spotted Willa in the front of the crowd. It was now or never.
“Thank you all for coming today. I really wanted to take this opportunity to show you all just how great any of you can look in the clothes we have on sale here. But first we need a volunteer.”
A swarm of hands shot into the air from all the girls who would have loved a free makeover. Unfortunately only one person was going to be picked, and it was probably the only person who wasn’t volunteering.
“How about you?” Susan said, pointing to Willa.
Before she could respond our team had already scooped up Willa and dragged the confused girl on stage.
“But first we need a blank canvas. Ladies, if you would, please.”
Two more of our team walked out on stage with a vanity screen, placing between the held Willa and the crowd. And after a few moments of the sound of struggling and tomboy clothes being thrown off to the side, Willa was brought out from behind the screen, free of her tomboy attire and now wearing a cute pink robe.
“And now we can begin.” Susan announced.
Willa was brought over to the salon chair, a C.R designed chair that made sure that Willa was safe and secure.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cutie Rehabilitation for not only sponsoring this event but for letting us invite their amazing make-up team to our humble boutique.”
Our make-up team began to work their magic on Willa. In no time at all, Willa’s make and hair were done. Slowly the crowd were forgetting any concern they had with this strange situation, as they all became captivated by just how cute Willa now looked.
“And now its time for a wardobe change. Of course the clothes you are about to see are for sale in our boutique.”
As Susan spoke our team had already moved Willa back behind the screen. Our team expertly got the struggling Willa into her new adorable outfit before finally presenting Willa to the now excited crowd.
Willa found herself unable to move from shock as a crowd of girly girls ooed and awwed at her brand new look.
“Now that you’ve seen the potential of our clothes we hope that you enjoy looking around and we hope you can all find something to make you feel just as pretty as Willa here.”
The crowd applauded and then started to turn their attention to all of the clothes racks around the boutique. Interest was through the roof! The event was a success.
“You did wonderfully, Willa. I’m afraid its not quite over though. These lovely ladies are going to take you now. You’re off to Cutie Rehabilitation for a while to learn some manners and, with any luck, you’ll come back her a whole new, adorable outlook on life. Maybe you can even become my main model.” Susan smiled.
Still in a state of diabelief, Willa was firmly escorted off the stage, out of the building and into the waiting pink van, heading off to begin her new life free from her tomboy mannerisms, to be replaced with nothing but sweet and girly thoughts and cute outfits.
Susan couldn’t wait to see the results!💖
