    My Ana Tips

    Those are the tips i found more effective and important:

    Tip # 1 Stop throught the meal and count to 100 then continue. It prevence binging;

    Tip # 2 I f you start bingin stop and throw the rest food away or in the wc;

    Tip # 3 One mistake doesn’t ruin your whole day and no matter what you’ve already eaten, it is still better than eating more food;

    Tip # 4 Never say, i’ll do better tomorrow. Say, i’m doing better now!

    Tip # 5 Eat at the same place every day. Per example i always and only eat in the kitchen at the table;

    Tip # 6 Eat really solw, chew 10-30 bites for every mouthful. This helps digestion and also slows your pace of eating;

    Tip # 7 Allow yourself to have ONE SERVING of a crave food.

    Tip # 8 Distract yourself and keep motivated going and reblogging on Tumblr ;)

    Tip # 9 If you don’t want anybody to know about your eating disorder (like me) it is important that you’re a good liar. You’ll have to lie a lot to the people you love but remember at least it is worth it;

    Tip # 10 If you want to hide your body wear baggy chlothes (btw i like a lot that stile);

    Tip # 11 Say you eat with a friend and go for a long walk instead.

    Tip # 12 If your parents press you to eat, the only few times you’ll eat do it in front of them so they don’t get worried;

    Tip # 13 Paint your nail if are getting discolored;

    Tip # 14 Tell everyone that you’re allergic to some food or you’re vegan;

    Tip # 15 Say you’re sick so you can’t eat;

    Tip # 16 Don’t panic when people starts to talk about anorexia/bulimia;

    Tip # 17 Eat slow! Your parents/firend will think that you have eaten the same amount as them;

    Tip # 18 Downsize your plate, the less food that is served to you the less food you’ll eat;

    Tip # 19 Go to the kitchen and pretend like you’re looking for food. Leave some crumbs on a plate so it looks like you have eaten it;

    Tip # 20 Find some activities and say that you have eaten there;

    Tip # 21 In the night, throw out some of the foods that you fell temted to eat and tell your parents that you have eaten it;

    Tip # 22 Never eat something just becouse you want to finish it. Only eat until you’re satisfed. Those extra bites add up;

    Tip # 23 Every calorie counts, food and liquids;

    Tip # 24 Gett rid of the fear of wasting food;

    Tip # 25 Cut your food into a smaller pieces. It slows your eating, makes you fell like you’re eating more and makes other people think you ate more too;

    Tip # 26 Decide beforehand how much and what you’re going to eat;

    Tip # 27 Don’t eat before 8 a.m and after 8 p.m.;

    Tip # 28 Sport;

    Tip # 29 Eat with the opposite hand you normally do;

    Tip # 30 Make a list of “bad“ foods. Periodically cross one of the list and pleadge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually there will be none left;

    Tip # 31 When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying;

    Tip # 32 Don’t eat while cooking;

    Tip # 33 Write down everything you eat and its calories;

    Tip # 34 Brush your teeth when you want to eat. The clean felling and mint aftertaste will put you off food;

    Tip # 35 Always leave at least one bite food on your plate;

    Tip # 36 Never eat in secret. This is a horrible habit that leads to compulsive binging. If you wouldn’t eat in front of all your friends you shouldn’t be eating it at all!
